[Resolved]  Healthkart — Ultimate nutrition whey protein return

I ordered a prostar whey protein having order number HKM[protected]. The condition of the jar was not in good condition and seal of the lid was loose but the inner seal is in fine condition. The product is unused and the bill is also there.
I called customer care several times they asked me to share images of the box and cartoon, I did the same but no update on this is there.
I mailed the concern at [protected]@healthkart.com but they are not reverting anything about this.
No one came for the pickup and the return request is not being raised yet.
Kindly help me by raising return request for the same and refund amount for the product.

At the outset, we regret to inform you that the mentioned product does not qualify for any next action(returnreplacementrefund).

We further wish to inform you that the highlighted issue might have happened during mishandling in transit, since the carton was in an intact condition at the time of delivery then be rest assured about the authenticity of the product.

If you still have any doubt on the authenticity then you can share the Batch no. of the product directly with the brand or else you can get the lab test done from government authorized laboratory to verify its authenticity.
