I had ordered muscle blaze whey protein 4.4lbs but received Used, old and unsealed Combat Protein 4.4 lbs in a bad packaging (which cannot be used for 4.4 bs products). I approached customer care a number of times. However, customer care representatives tell me that on holding inquiries with the vendor, courier service and referring to "packaging video" and "weight of courier", my claim does not qualify for refund or replacement. However, none of the material relied upon for rejecting my request is being shared with me as "company policy". I have already submitted all photos and videos but my grievance is not being addressed at all.
The company does not understand the simple fact that the box I received cannot in any scenario be used for 4.4 lbs. The company representatives have been unable to answer this too but still are denying my claim for refund or replacement please give my money back Was this information helpful? |
