[Resolved]  Healthxp — Product ordered not delivered after 2 weeks. No refund is provided

Ordered On optimum whey from healthxp for 6600 on 12th September. Healthxp used xpressbees to courier it to me. But xpressbees is keeping my package in transit and no status updated. Couldnt reach them as to ask them if I can go and collect it as well. So I am asking Healthxp to refund my amount, but they are not replying.
