My brother ( Mr . Hemanth sv ) ordered a product ( One Science XL Super Mass Gainer | Lean Whey Protein Muscle Mass Gainer, Complex Carbohydrates, 934 Kilo Calories, 5 lbs ), ordered on 26/03/2023 from HealthXP ( order id :[protected] for Rs 2899 . The product was received on 01/04/2023 . Registered mobile no : [protected] .

Complaint : The product received was not the one mentioned on site . The product was also damaged and came without an expiry date . We contacted them regarding this issue, and there has been no response from their side to take the product back and refund the amount . It has been 15 days since i received the product, still no response from their side . As a consumer i have the right to be provided with the refund.

    Ordered On optimum whey from healthxp for 6600 on 12th September. Healthxp used xpressbees to courier it to me. But xpressbees is keeping my package in transit and no status updated. Couldnt reach them as to ask them if I can go and collect it as well. So I am asking Healthxp to refund my amount, but they are not replying.

      I bought a product Ultimate Nutrition whey protein for 4999 rs. I received the box and get the product out from packaging. I see the product I already use this same one but this is the different one, as per my knowledge it is looking like fake product so I put the parcel as it was inside the packaging box. Didn't break the seal or anything. The product I received is totally different than the images on the web site www.healthxp.in. so I decided to return it. I contacted the site through email. They refuse to take it return. After trying a lot they convinced to take it back with charge me 300rs. I shouldn't pay it though I agreed to that and told them to send your person to pick up parcel and return my money back. After trying a lot they sent a courier man with named the courier service www.bluedart.com I handed over him the product and tell him to check the seal and larcel. He checked and everything was in perfect condition as the company sent. He sealed it with his company lable and picked it from my home. Now I checked the status of package. It shows that the end company refused the parcel to accept. This is a big fraud. Get me my money back please. I have all screenshots and pictures. They grabed my hard erned 4999rs. I am trying to upload images here but it says file is too large. My order number is 2564817, invoice code 401112

        Buyers please beware! Healthxp sells hazardous health products! Wonder how their social media is squeaky clean? They block you from all their social media accounts. Strong online presence with unethical practices.

        I was a long time customer of healthxp but recently i purchased ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey (Chocolate creme, 5.28lbs) from them, imported by muscle house and received pacakged flour with stone like clumps. Also, chocolate creme flavour is supposed to be a brown powder but i received a fishy white flour like powder.

        Healthxp tried to convince me that the product is genuine and the clumps and color change is due to handling and delivery! I had already shared more than 10 photos and a couple of videos with them but they kept on asking me for additional photos. Even these were duly shared with them but they accused me of not co-operating.

        After a number of calls, emails, coaxing, threating and after a lot of back and forth, healthxp ceo mr. Sarvesh moghe called me and asked me to return the product in exchange of a full refund.

        He refused to acknowledge the product color change and insisted that i ordered vanilla instead of chocolate creme. My invoice copy clearly mentions - chocolate creme! A lengthy talk later and due to my insistence, he assured me that he will send the product for testing. I was conviced that this good guy wants to correct the situation. He re-scheduled the delivery a couple of times and i had to arrange for a leave from my office. Finally, a representative of healthxp shows up at an odd hour and took back the product.

        After chasing him again, one week later, i received an email from healthxp stating that my case has been declined. The reason was - they accuse me of replacing their'genuine product' with some powder.

        These fraudsters then ask me whether i have an unboxing video! Also, mr. Moghe, ceo of healthxp says that we are just sellers, we don't manufacture products. He goes on to say that fake protein is rampant in the industry. He also tells me that healthkart sells fake products too and even they don't replace until it is muscle blaze! I have all the call recordings, emails and photo evidence.

        Multiple customers have the same issue with them and still they act as if this is the first time that they have come across such a complaint. Check for amazon reviews for ultimate nutrition where healthxp is the seller (Let us hope they dont delete this. Nonetheless, i have all the screenshots.)

        The attitude of healthxp, their customer care and the ceo himself is deplorable.

        I am in the process of filing a case in the consumer court against these guys meanwhile, i am also working on a social media campaign against these fraudsters. I will not rest unless i get a full refund and compensation. These fraudsters selling adultrated products need to be taught a lesson.

          I received a damaged product from healthxp which has clear two cuts at the bottom, i communicated with their customer care via email because the phone call never works. First Customer care "Girish" told me that it is a manufacturing defect, to which i told him to replace the product, i never got reply from him.
          Then when i told them i will file a case in consumer court then another customer care told me to confirm wheather product is authentic or not by confirming from ultimate nutrition.
          I have waited 8 days for your reply and then you are replying so late and asking to confirm from ultimate nutrition, i buyed the product from your site healthxp which don't even have return/replace options on the site.
          My issue will only be solved when i will get refund from healthxp. I have already waited for 9 days and support don't bother to reply, i will also not bother to buy from you again.
          I am attaching screenshots and 1 video of damaged product, also attaching screenshot of their customer support chat.

          I will only close this complaint here when i will get refund from healthxp.

          Dear Sir,

          As you have already received positive response from Brand. If product would have been intact we would have taken it back but since you have broken outer seal of the product it is not sellable for us that is the reason we are unable to take it back.

          1. How can you sell damaged product, thats not a scratch, you are selling containers which are damaged at the bottom risking health of people.

          2. Ultimate nutrition support said you can return the product if you are unhappy with the product and their support will only check if product is authentic or not using batch number and hologram so in my case if container is broken at the bottom they will still say its authentic. So you are taking advantage of this, you already know they will confirm only with holgram and batch number.

          3. Everyone who are reading this, please check pictures. I got damaged product from health xp and they cant take it back since outer seal is broken, they want to sell that damaged product to other guys lol. Stay away from them, there is a reason why they are selling at low prices.

          HealthXP are a bunch o[censored]nscruplous people. They sold me a fake product and in spite of all the proofs, they are not ready to replace the product. I am in the process of sending them a legal notice. Did you pursue the matter futher?

          Soon there will be one more case added to it if gone as expected, if this time happens the same, healthxp ache din will be gone, and it will be beneficial for rest, moghe sir listen them or healthxp market will collapse .
          I also recieved a damaged product which was already opened and the sticker to check genuinity was already scratched off and they just showed me the cctv which proved nothing. Now i have a damaged product which has 4 pills missing. This is highly unprofessional on their part.i will take legal action.
