Healthxp — received damaged product, support rarely reply since 9 days

I received a damaged product from healthxp which has clear two cuts at the bottom, i communicated with their customer care via email because the phone call never works. First Customer care "Girish" told me that it is a manufacturing defect, to which i told him to replace the product, i never got reply from him.
Then when i told them i will file a case in consumer court then another customer care told me to confirm wheather product is authentic or not by confirming from ultimate nutrition.
I have waited 8 days for your reply and then you are replying so late and asking to confirm from ultimate nutrition, i buyed the product from your site healthxp which don't even have return/replace options on the site.
My issue will only be solved when i will get refund from healthxp. I have already waited for 9 days and support don't bother to reply, i will also not bother to buy from you again.
I am attaching screenshots and 1 video of damaged product, also attaching screenshot of their customer support chat.

I will only close this complaint here when i will get refund from healthxp.

Hi Farhan,

HealthXP are a bunch o[censored]nscruplous people. They sold me a fake product and in spite of all the proofs, they are not ready to replace the product. I am in the process of sending them a legal notice. Did you pursue the matter futher?

As you have already received positive response from Brand. If product would have been intact we would have taken it back but since you have broken outer seal of the product it is not sellable for us that is the reason we are unable to take it back.

1. How can you sell damaged product, thats not a scratch, you are selling containers which are damaged at the bottom risking health of people.

2. Ultimate nutrition support said you can return the product if you are unhappy with the product and their support will only check if product is authentic or not using batch number and hologram so in my case if container is broken at the bottom they will still say its authentic. So you are taking advantage of this, you already know they will confirm only with holgram and batch number.

3. Everyone who are reading this, please check pictures. I got damaged product from health xp and they cant take it back since outer seal is broken, they want to sell that damaged product to other guys lol. Stay away from them, there is a reason why they are selling at low prices.
Soon there will be one more case added to it if gone as expected, if this time happens the same, healthxp ache din will be gone, and it will be beneficial for rest, moghe sir listen them or healthxp market will collapse .
I also recieved a damaged product which was already opened and the sticker to check genuinity was already scratched off and they just showed me the cctv which proved nothing. Now i have a damaged product which has 4 pills missing. This is highly unprofessional on their part.i will take legal action.
