Myself Sankar Roy Chowdhury and my wife Juthika Roy Chowdhury jointly invested Rs.100, 000/- each bearing FDB 021842 and FDB021841 (scan copy attached)for a period of 36 months @12% interest per annum. Date of Deposit 21 January, 2013 and Date of Maturity 21 January, 2016 for both the FDB.
Post Dated advance monthly interest cheques for the entire period and the cheques for the maturity amount (scan copy attached) were issued for both the FDB.
Cheque No. 062847 and o62810 both dated 16.12.2014 were returned by the Bank of Baroda (where we have the a/c) with the remark "Funds Insufficient". Scan copy of the bounced cheques and BoB Inward Return Memos are attached. Further more penalty were imposed on us.
There after we have sent no of letters and e-mails(sample scan copy attached) but neither we have received any reply nor we have received the Principal and Interest amount due to us. We are senor citizens please help us to recover the amount .

I have invested in Fixed Deposit total amounting to Rs.50000/- with
12% interest rate december 2013 making 1 year fd, but from December 2014 the cheque of the said deposits are getting bounced i'm senior citizen i'm depending on my hard earing savings & interest please do something of helio mathesion comapny owner get back our hard working money...

Hi,
I had invested 2 lacs fdb024556 & cdb037083 Helios and matheson fd in 2013 and it got matured in 2016, the cheques provided have bounced and since then we have not heard back from company.

I am struggling for my day to day needs and need the amount for survival.

Please help me in knowing if any way atleast I can get my base amount for my expenses.

Dear Sir,

I have invested 25, 000 rs in the company and it's maturity date was 17th oct 2014. but till date i have not received my maturity value.

I have invested rs 40, 000 in the company but till date i have not received my maturity amount.

Fdr # 81351 fd got matured on 05/07/2015.
They had given advance cheque which also got bounced.
Company has moved and changed offices from all locations, cant trace

I am senior citizen & put my hard earned money as fd with h & m. Maturity proceeds amount of fdr no. Cdb049056 not received till date. The fdr has matured on 24/12/2014 & is long long overdue. Kindly arrange repayment at the earliest.

I presented the cheques in icici bank at shivam road. Both the cheques were dishonoured. There is no response from them to my repeated phone calls.

I now ask you to repay my invested amount with interest till date be returned to my bank immediately and urgently and oblige.

I rakesh pravinkumar patel & my wife sheetal rakesh patel had invested in helios & mathesons information technology limited having regd. Office at cybervale #02-01, mahindra world city, chennai - 603002. Details as follows:

Before maturity we had received a letter from the company not to deposit the cheques, as there is some financial problems and which will be sorted out soon.in the mean time my financial advisor, chintan investments collected the original receipts and cheques from us to process the same for payment,
But since long time he also could not sort this matter, we recollected the same from our advisor.

We had fixed deposits no fdb014396, fdb016394 & fdb027290. The firm have stopped payments of interest on these deposit since march2015 & also had not repayment on their maturity since july 15 & july 16 i have seberal complaint to chennai office & had written to dsp-eow guindy, chennai but in vein. No information till date about repayment etc

I have invested 1, 50, 000 (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand with helios and mathesons. Cheques are bounced with the instructions of stop payment by the company to the bank.. As per the receipt of fix deposit the maturity of fd is done on 2014 and the other one is 2015 but after that we didn't received any amount from helios and matheson. I filed a fir against helios and matheson on 2017 at mp nagar police station bhopal. Which is case number is 172/17 on section 420, 409, 120 and 34b. Please lookout and help me to back my money.

We have deposited the amount of rs.25, 000/- as fixed deposit. Appl. No.79793, tdr. No. Cd8021181, date of maturity[protected]. The letter dated[protected] received from helios & matheson stating that please do not deposit the cheques of maturity amount and interest amount.
I have written them letters on[protected] and[protected] but no reply.
Till today we are waiting for the instruction and helios & matheson is not answering any letters send to them. I want my invested amount back.

Non repayment of principal of two fixed deposits of rs. One lakh each in the name of k ganapathy and shantha ganapathy made jointly. Date of deposit[protected] and maturity date[protected]. Cheque for principal on maturity has bounced. Despite repeated assurances by the company dated[protected] the principal has not been refunded. The phone numbers and addresses are invalid. The registrar to the company has not been mentioned. The matter is subjudice before the chennai clb.. Fd no fdb012610 and fdb012611. Refund bounced cheque number 503333 and 50334 dt 17-4-15 drawn on hdfc bank for rs 1, 00, 000 each
