I have deposited Rs.40, 000/- in Term Deposit with this company vide TDR No.FDB027233. This FD matured on 4th July 2016. The interest cheque sent by the company when presented to my bank for payment got bounced thereby debiting bouncing charges from my account. I am a senior citizen and invested this money from my retirement dues. In view of non-payment of interest as well as the repayment of FD amount paid by me, I am put into mental torture and hardships.

Please help me to arrange payment of interest and the principal amount at the earliest.

Hi We trustingly invested my mother's old age funds into Helios and Matheson with the hope that they will pay back on time. They have cheated us big time, their cheques bounced, we had to bear dishonour charges and lot of mental harassment. This is my parents hard earned money, I request Consumer Complaints Forum to please kindly help us recover our dues and wish the Govt of India takes stringent action of such fraudulent companies. I Dr. Usha Omprakash, had deposited rs. 10, 00, 000 in "helios and matheson information technology" company's term deposit scheme for a period of 12 months. My fd got matured on 04/10/2015. But i have not received my amount till date. Application ref. No.: 135463. Tdr no: FDB035774 amount: rs. 10, 00, 000. Interest rate: 12% p. A. Duration: 12 months. Date of deposit: 04/10/2014. This is to bring into your notice that I have done a huge investment in the said company since 2013 and after some time they stop crediting the monthly interest and now even the maturity amount.

Even after so many reminders and communication, they have not responded and turn back to us.

I had invested rs.1 lakh (rs.1, 00, 000) fixed deposit in ms. helios and matheson information technology limited (fdr no : fdb023008) on[protected] for the period of 24 months. from december 2014, the interest cheques are bouncing and bank is charging me heavily on cheque bounces. the due date of maturity is[protected] and still the maturity value is not returned to me.

Had invested in fd cumulative scheme of helios and matheson in apr13
maturity amount of 1.43l was due in apr16, but no clear information when the maturity amount will be sent.

I was on payroll of helios and matheson from feb'13 till oct'14 and i was informed that my final settlement will done in 60 days and its been 2 years from then and it is still pending. They have my 2 months expense amount worth 42000 is still pending and the are not responding to my email and calls. Please resolve my issue.

But till now i am not able to get dividend or my capital invested, they are not giving proper reply. Please guide me for this matter because i want to get my money back.

I have deposited the post dated cheque issued by helios and matheson information technology ltd against my maturity amount of tdr in my saving bank account which was bounced.

Postdated cheque of hdfc bank having number 012112 dated 13/11/2014
I have also written letter to company on 27/11/2014 by post which is not replied till the date.
Till the date i have not received this payment.
Please register my complain and do needful to get my due payment with 18% interest on it as an earliest

I had booked 2-3 deposits and they were matured last year, but i had receive notification not to encash cheque and company will issue fresh cheques, but i have not received any fresh cheque. Can i know when can i get my fd money return?

Is there any update when will they encash all fds or we need to file a cash against them?
What is the procedure to log a complain against them?

I had invested in this company - total amount Rs. 2 lakhs. I wrote to them but they never bother to reply. My agent tells me that they are paying back but dont know when. I am a widow and need the money very urgently as this is my livelihood. I do not have a son to support me and hence require this amount urgently and immediately.

I did not encash the cheques as I came to know that they bounce.

Sir,

I have invested rs.50, 000/- in term deposit in may, 2013 under money back cumulative scheme for a period of 36 months at 12% interest. Tdr no. Cdb038767. Said deposit matured on 7th may, 2016.

The tdr was issued with post dated cheques (Pdcs) for encashment on maturity. Accordingly in may, 16 i had deposited 2 cheques issued by the company for rs.50, 000/ for principle amount - and rs.21540/- being the interest. However both the cheques got dishonoured with remark funds insufficient.

I have not received any communication from the company on non deposit of any of these cheques or any difficulty faced by the company in repayment of deposits. As well as registered complaint against company at andheri police station. I have been following up with the company and their brokers but their office at
Andheri has been closed and there is no response to my queries either directly or through broker. I will enclose here with the scan copy of the fixed deposit receipt for

1) Name BIPIN BABULAL JOSHI : I had invested into Term Deposit Scheme flotated by M/s.Helios and Matheson Information Technology Limited, an amount of Rs.12, 50, 000/-. The company issued me a term deposit receipt No.FDBO10942, (TDR) Dateed 07/12/2011 term of 36 months from the date of its issue and was carrying an interest of 12 pc.p.a. The said TDR has completed its term and is already become due and payable on 07/12/2014. But after the said expiry date of TDR, I have not received my money and inrest is legally due and ;payable to me by the company. That I have my letter dated07/12/2014, Reminder I, 2, 3, of the same letter and also vide letter dated 10/06/2015 requested the company to issue me Demand Draft in lieu of the matured Term Deposit Receipt and on accrued interest on my term deposit till date and return my hard earned money back to me. But the company till date never responded to any of my letters and request.

2)MINA BIPIN JOSHI: I had invested into term deposit scheme floated by company M/s. Helios and Matheson Information Technology Limited. That along with the certificates of the term deposits, the company had issued me various Post Dated Cheques(PDC) for the interest which would accured on the said fixed Deposit. But to my shock and anguish, whenever I deposited the said PDC of accrued interest in the Bank for crediting it into my account the same were dishonored by the issuing Bank of the company with a remark STOP PAYMENT instructed by the companyto the issuing Bank. Following are the detai ls of all the Term Deposits Certificates issued by the Company in my name. (A) FDB025647 DT.22/05/2013 RS.3, 00, 000/-. (B) FDB035291 DTD.03/07/2014 FOR RS.3, 00, 000/-. (C) FDB033516 DTD.15/03/2014 FOR RS.4, 50, 000/- AND (D) FDB027567 DTD.16/07/2013 FOR RS.1, 00, 000/- TOTAL RS.11, 50, 000/-.

We therefore request your goodself to take the same on record and help to get back my hard earned money.
