I am Senior citizen and depositor holders of “Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd”. Our FDR No: FDB028869, deposited on 22 August 2013 with an amount Rs. 1, 00, 000 (One Lakhs Only) for 12 months at interest 12% and the maturity of deposit date on 22 August 2014.

I have invested Rs 8 Lakhs in the above company's Fixed Deposit scheme as follows:

1) Rs 100, 000/- Date of Maturity 03/08/2014 Extended to 30/1/2015.
2) Rs. 200, 000/- Date of Maturity 12/12/2014.
3) Rs. 500, 000/- Dtae of Maturity 05/03/2015.

I have not yet got my Principle amount nor my interest till date ( 31/10/2015).

MY FDR NO FDB007775 Rs. 40000/- matured on 28.7.2014 .Advance cheque given by company is bounced back by bank. While contacting on phone no reply .By writting a letter it comes back as door is closed. Totally fraud by company and no effective action taken by state government authorities as a part of teaching lession. What to Do i do not know ? Helios and matheson IT LTD is not refunding FD amount to inventor from long time. I request all fd holder to make a direct complain to our prime minister of india- Narendra modi. Open the page. ow you can write in it. In Grievance category- select- Allegation of corruption /Malpractice . Send the complain. You will get even acknowledgement on your mobile and on our e mail D . SEND IT EVERY DAY AS ITS FREE TO GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

My fdr. No. Cdb043798 for rs.40000 the maturity amount is still not paid by co. With internet. In side of assurance gives vide letter dt.25.07.2014. (ie . Before due date complex advisor to bear with them due to problem-poblem of liquidity or approval being sought from govt. After that i was assured that in the monthly of september fund post i on will be smoothen ed and co. Will start pay ing bank the matured deposits. Since september has started, i request to take necessary action to make reply mehta of matured fixed deposit a long with internet till date of payment & fulfill the commitment made to the small investors like me. My FD Prinicipal Amount has not been returned by Helios and Matheson, nor any interest on it been received since December 2014. Depositors with a similar complaint do write in to my email: [protected]@gmail.com I will send you a letter which has to be posted to EOW by registered post. Several letters sent will force EOW to take action. Hi I am Hari Krishna. H&M Employee ID:[protected] I worked in Techmahindra from July 11 2014 to Nov 14th 2014 as a contract employee. But my parent company was Helios and Matheson. Payroll will be Helios and Matheson. Many times i called to helios and matheson HR, Payroll team, help desk.But none of them reply to my emails. Even though all their phones are dead. As they are associated with big organization it is not at all fair for their standards. Till now i didn't get my October full month salary and november month salary. I don't know whether it is processing or not. I need 1) October(2014) month full salary 2) November(2014) month salary (upto 14th) 3) PF account amount and bonus amount of every month? 4) Form - 16 Please kindly help me regarding this issue. I have term deposit of Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd. (TDR No. CDB013424) which matured on 2nd Nov. 2014 of Rs. 25000/-. Initial maturity amount was Rs. 35770/-. H&M IT informed that the repayment will be done in May 2014 with adjusted rate of interest. Mumbai office is closed and there is no response from Chennai office on repayment.

Hi Team, I was an employed of Helios and matheson Pvt Ltd on to a client place for more than 2.5 years in bangalore and once the project was close from client my employment was Closed For almost 1.5 year during my employment my bonus was withheld and my Full and final settlent is dude till date. I have done numerous follow ups with HR and relation manager but no use. Finally when i went and spoke to HR head in bangalore, he told that he is helpless and should talk to Chennai team. well i got my offer and pay everything from bangalore and dont understand on why the hell i need to talk to chennai team. I am completly lost on whom to contact and there is none owning the responsibility nor ownership. Could you pls. let me knoww on whom to contact or in any matter help me out. i strongly believe we need to do more than just an intimation or followup. Me and my family members have placed EIGHT deposits with Helios of these FIVE deposits have matured up to APRIL 2015. Our Contact point was Co's Andheri Office which has been closed. Co has furnished list of Depositor to High Court / ROC / CLB but THREE of FIVE matured Deposits are not appearing in the List. Co should promptly submit supplementary list to Authorities. Secondly, In its application to CLB, Company has sought extension of ONE year from respective maturity date. From our matured deposits FDB 016878 in the name of PREMLATA H DALAL due on 17 AUG 2014 would complete ONE year on 17 AUG 2015 But not appearing in the list. Other TWO deposits not included in the list are: 1. FDB 0097067 Due 8 OCT 2014 in the name of SMITA H DALAL 2. FDB 011592 Due 3 MAR 2015 in the name of MANAK C DALAL We need confirmation from Company Why above Deposits are not in the said list and assurance to rectify through supplementary list at earliest.
