At present the company is not refunding fixed deposit amount any promissory note amount to any one. The case against the company is filled in chennai High court and in supreme court . A single investor can not fight with company.So we would like to join all together and to fight legal ways with company. Please open he below link where everything up to date status is given . 1. Dear All,

After our meeting in Mumbai we have come to the following points of agreement:

a) We need to act united in order to fight H&M
b) We cannot hope for some one person to fight for all o[censored]s and therefore must act together
c) We need to collect data of every affected investor whether FD holder or Bill Discounting/Promissory Note holder
d) We need to then collect funds from every investor to meet expenses to fight H&M whether in Supreme Court, High Court, Company Law Board or SEBI/ED/RBI, etc.
e) Fund collection and expenses must be transparently conducted and accounts must be submitted for every investor's satisfaction.
f) Fund collection will be 1% of FD amount or Rs. 2000 whichever is larger. This will be calculated on total of all FDs on one name.
For eg: ABC has 3 FDs each Rs. 25, 000/-. Total contribution will be 1% of Rs. 75, 000/- or Rs. 2, 000/- whichever is greater. In this case Rs. 2, 000/-

We are starting data collection from today. If you will not contribute to the expenses, we will not include your name in data collection or delete the name later.

MY FDR NO FDB007775 Rs. 40000/- matured on 28.7.2014 .Advance cheque given by company is bounced back by bank. While contacting on phone no reply .By writting a letter it comes back as door is closed. Totally fraud by company and no effective action taken by state government authorities as a part of teaching lession. What to Do i do not know ? SEND IT EVERY DAY AS ITS FREE TO GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

My fdr. No. Cdb043798 for rs.40000 the maturity amount is still not paid by co. With internet. In side of assurance gives vide letter dt.25.07.2014. (ie . Before due date complex advisor to bear with them due to problem-poblem of liquidity or approval being sought from govt. After that i was assured that in the monthly of september fund post i on will be smoothen ed and co. Will start pay ing bank the matured deposits. My FD Prinicipal Amount has not been returned by Helios and Matheson, nor any interest on it been received since December 2014. Depositors with a similar complaint do write in to my email: [protected]@gmail.com I will send you a letter which has to be posted to EOW by registered post. Several letters sent will force EOW to take action. Hi I am Hari Krishna. H&M Employee ID:[protected] I worked in Techmahindra from July 11 2014 to Nov 14th 2014 as a contract employee. But my parent company was Helios and Matheson. Payroll will be Helios and Matheson. Many times i called to helios and matheson HR, Payroll team, help desk.But none of them reply to my emails. Even though all their phones are dead. As they are associated with big organization it is not at all fair for their standards. Till now i didn't get my October full month salary and november month salary. I don't know whether it is processing or not. I have term deposit of Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd. (TDR No. CDB013424) which matured on 2nd Nov. 2014 of Rs. 25000/-. Initial maturity amount was Rs. 35770/-. H&M IT informed that the repayment will be done in May 2014 with adjusted rate of interest. Mumbai office is closed and there is no response from Chennai office on repayment.

Hi Team, I was an employed of Helios and matheson Pvt Ltd on to a client place for more than 2.5 years in bangalore and once the project was close from client my employment was Closed For almost 1.5 year during my employment my bonus was withheld and my Full and final settlent is dude till date. I have done numerous follow ups with HR and relation manager but no use. Finally when i went and spoke to HR head in bangalore, he told that he is helpless and should talk to Chennai team. well i got my offer and pay everything from bangalore and dont understand on why the hell i need to talk to chennai team. I am completly lost on whom to contact and there is none owning the responsibility nor ownership.
