[Resolved] Helios Developers — Non receipt of Commission (Demand Note) | |||
I have booked one apartment in DLF Woodland Heights Bangalore Ref -WLK 092 on 30.11.2013. The Sr.Manager and the Manager Sales assured me in writing a commission (Demand Note) and a Television Set (For early booking), on completion of payment of 25% of the total price which I have duly paid by Apl'14. Since then I am running after them but to no avail till date.(03.09.14) It is surprising that how an ISO[protected] certified company giving false assurance to the customers, even in writing to grab them. Even they do not reply to the e mails send on different dates.They also do not respond to the telephone calls, when the booking is done and the customer is in pocket. It is expected that the Helios Developers authority would take immediate steps to the matter and reply at the earliest. I like to draw attention to all concerned dealing with Helios Developers. No action has been taken from Helios Developers till date (28.12.14). Still waiting for the due payment,
with the assurance given by the authorities that the payment will be made soon.

The person told that the Credit Note was under process and will be paid soon.
But till date (27.10.14) I have not got it.
