Helios Watch Store — Deficiency in service

Had purchased a watch from Helios website. After few months it stopped working hence claimed a repair request from a priority Helios dealer(Panjim) . Since then it took almost 4 month just to notify us a repair Cost. (Rs 4000). Again for repair they need 3 months additional. Overall my watch will remain for 7 to 8 months.

Moreover, if my watch is holding a 2 years of machine warranty then why the repair cost is requested. Most disappointing service I have ever experienced.
