Product delivered but watch not delivered . The parcel was emty . Ordered on order id 5097539.rcfcrnce id HCR13514 the product delivered is very cheap and less priced one . immediate steps should be made to take back the product and refund money.i had ordered a fast tract watch and paid rs1366.received is emty. I had made a complaint through e mail .no response so far.how can I send the fake product to u .hope it will be resolved soon.

I have ordered for Titan neo analog blue dial watch.my order ID is 5097377.but today I received a very low quality watch which I have not ordered..I want my money back and action should be taken against these fraud.despite several complaint against these company no action has been taken so far...
