I order men's watch but i received fake & other company watch I tried to return it with company return policy but company website not receiving any mails i tried so much time [protected]@heloocart.com i also tried to contact trader contact no.[protected] but number is switched off Please collect the watch and refund the same. The watch they send is not working and it's also different watch which I am ordered..i am ordered fossil silver dials men's watch but they send me a fake defected normal watch.. So kindly plz I want my money back
