I order men's watch but i received fake & other company watch
I tried to return it with company return policy but company website not receiving any mails i tried so much time [protected]@heloocart.com i also tried to contact trader contact no.[protected] but number is switched off

Please collect the watch and refund the same.

I have ordered Fossil Chronograph Silver dial men's wrist watch under order number HCR14011. But unbranded watch delivered to me. I have sent mail to [protected]@heloocart.com and [protected]@heloocart.com but till date no reply is received. Contact details also not available on website. Procedure about refund is also not clear on the website. There is not complaint mechanism. The photo of the product which I ordered is uploaded herewith....

But today (22/12/18) i got a fake, low quality, unbranded watch what i did not order. I would like to return this fake watch and like to refund my money.

Please look in to this matter and kindly to resolve it asap.

This is regarding the complaint about titan neo analog blue dial men's watch delivered on correspondence address which has been ordered dated on 20/12/18 unfortunately today i have received a normal men wrist watch instead of titan watch which is not same as per order i'd -5101267.

It's really painful for me to afford rs.1778 to buy such a poor quality product from hellocart.
