This is a company which purports to supply domestic help on request. They charge 2500 registration fees and 12000 one time fee. But unfortunately they conduct their business on a different model. They either do not provide any maids and just claim the registration fees which happened to me, or they provide a makeshift maid who leave after 2 months and no replacement is provided. And they just digest the one time fee and registration fee. They have erected a flashy website which usually captivates and lures the hapless customer. In my case they took the registration fees and did not return my money. After prolonged pestering and coaxing and cajoling they sent my a cheque for 1500/= which was less by 1000/=. When I threatened complaint to authorities they sent another cheque for 2000/=. Now fearing that they might just stop payment of the cheques, I deposited both on the same day planning to return 1000/= if both got passed. But as I had expected, they had stopped payment of the 2000/= cheque clever as they are, they forgot about the earlier cheque. So I got back a part of my expense but not all. I am making this complaint not because of the amount I have lost, I believe these fraudsters should be behind bars and not allowed to operate. When contacted they are now very angry that they got outwitted and are refusing to pay back the remaining 1000/=. I have all proof of their bank accounts, whatsapp conversation promising maid service and their bank accounts where I transferred funds and deposited the cheques on.
