In December 2018 I paid them 3, 000 rupees to find me a full time nanny but they were never able to find one and agreed to refund my money. They have not paid me back yet despite of calling them 500 times and the staff also keeps changing in their office and they have not been paid salaries.

There contract does not have any renewable for annual says lifetime once paid, within last 6 months we faced hell of a time with this agency.

Every maid apporx 3, people they sent would run away within 1 month to there village and we struggle...

This is a company which purports to supply domestic help on request. They charge 2500 registration fees and 12000 one time fee. But unfortunately they conduct their business on a different model. They either do not provide any maids and just claim the registration fees which happened to me, or they provide a makeshift maid who leave after 2 months and no replacement is provided. And they just digest the one time fee and registration fee....
