Help At Home Domestic Services — maid and nanny service big scam!

In December 2018 I paid them 3, 000 rupees to find me a full time nanny but they were never able to find one and agreed to refund my money. They have not paid me back yet despite of calling them 500 times and the staff also keeps changing in their office and they have not been paid salaries.

Their phone numbers are [protected] and a guy called Shiva who is the owner and his number is [protected].

I paid them into a HDFC Bank account and looks like they are running a big scam since their staff told me that a lot of people keep calling them everyday with such complaints and it never seems to end.
