[Resolved]  Heritage Foods Limited — Third class service. Not refunding money.

I have subscribed the milk in HERITAGE TOUCH APP from 31 august 2022 for 10 days with subscription #65746 and #65745. I wait for delivery but in morning I did not received the milk. After that I tried to contact customer care but no contact number is there. Only ticket raised after that wait for that they will call me. but no call received.

After that call to Heritage Foods customer they will said they will call to me in 30 minutes but no call received. In evening msg received milk delivered. But no agent was there no milk is there. They are cheated with me. Customer care call received they are saying they will contact to agent will give me agent number.

waiting for whole day no call received not from customer care not from agent.

Next day when I tried to call Heritage Foods Customer care they have block my number. After that I call them with another number. they said only there is no way to call Heritage Touch person only ticket raised. Third class service. So many ticket raised for stopping milk so that my money not go waste. Still waiting for refund but not receieved REFUND. if you are genuine company then return my complete money.
