Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally express concern over the increasing pressure being placed on agents like myself to sell Heritage dairy feed products as part of our ongoing association with your company.

While we understand the company’s intent to promote its feed line, we are facing the following issues that are affecting our operations and relationship with local farmers:

1) Unrealistic sales targets for dairy feed, irrespective of market demand.
2) Verbal pressure and implied threats that milk procurement or agency support may be affected if feed sales are not met.
3) In some cases, field officers are allegedly linking milk collection or farmer services to the mandatory purchase of feed, which creates tension and damages farmer trust.
4) There is also stark gap in prices compared to regional milk procurement companies who serve dairy feed.
5) Money from the agents account being cut to forcefully sell feed to farmers behalf of them.
We request Heritage Dairy to please:

Clarify in writing whether there is any official policy mandating feed sales quotas for agents.
Refrain from pressuring agents to bundle milk and feed sales, as this could be viewed as coercive or anti-competitive.
Ensure that our role as service partners is respected, with reasonable freedom to operate transparently and in the interest of farmers.
We are committed to promoting Heritage products and maintaining a strong partnership, but seek your immediate attention to resolve this matter amicably.

    We have registered for milk delivery on a daily basis from[protected], also we have added a monthly subscription amount of 918 INR to the wallet through Heritage Tuch application. But the delivery was rejected due to their unserviceability, we have reached out to customer care for the refund as they are unable to deliver and they are stopping the service un-informed. The refund is still pending at their end even if its more than 6 months. We tried to reach out to them through calls, mail more than 50 times during this period, but the refund was not done till now.
    Requesting to take action on HERITAGE FOOD LIMITED for not responding and not refunding the amount for more than 6 months.

      Since last six months they didn't give my refund.

      Issue is they didn't deliver milk but they deducted from wallet. So stopped using heritage touch app. I requested refund. Six months over. They said they will give refund but till now same word.

        I have subscribed the milk in HERITAGE TOUCH APP from 31 august 2022 for 10 days with subscription #65746 and #65745. I wait for delivery but in morning I did not received the milk. After that I tried to contact customer care but no contact number is there. Only ticket raised after that wait for that they will call me. but no call received.

        After that call to Heritage Foods customer they will said they will call to me in 30 minutes but no call received. In evening msg received milk delivered. But no agent was there no milk is there. They are cheated with me. Customer care call received they are saying they will contact to agent will give me agent number.

        waiting for whole day no call received not from customer care not from agent.

        Next day when I tried to call Heritage Foods Customer care they have block my number. After that I call them with another number. they said only there is no way to call Heritage Touch person only ticket raised. Third class service. So many ticket raised for stopping milk so that my money not go waste. Still waiting for refund but not receieved REFUND. if you are genuine company then return my complete money.

          Iam using heritage milk and curd from past 5years when i came to hyderabad at that time even i dont have any idea i can only see outlet near by house, especially milk was too good eddicted to it and i always prefer to use only heritage milk and curd. Once i have used other milk for one day and found a lot of buttery substance that occurs on the top and full of oil while eating curd rice and looks sticky. So i only use heritage milk.

            Sir, the problem is with the offer given by heritage in association with paytm.. I have bought heritage badam flavoured milk which costs ₹25 and it is there that ₹10paytm voucher.. The product manufacturing date is 14aug2018,, i tried to apply the code in paytm,, it is showing "offer not active". I referred its t&c, it was there that the offer is from may to 20th june2018,,. So my question is that if the offer ends by 20th june2018, how heritage company printed about the cashback which was manufactured on 14aug2018??
            Because of the same i had to pay an extra amount of ₹500 for believing that incorrect offer..

            I already sent an email regarding this but their team responded carelessly and nothing happened, i have been cheated and provided nothing..

                I have been to the store recently on 03rd Nov '16 which is located at Hockey Grounds, Masab Tank - Shanthi Nagar, St. Ann's Girls School Road, Hyderabad, Telangana - 5000028.

                I have purchased a 3Kg pack Washing Powder of "HENKO"(Product name: P HEK STCHDETP3KG). There was a Water Bucket which was a "Free Item".

                One of the store person has said that the free item was not available at that time and said me to visit on 05th Nov.

                I have already said to the stores person that I have purchased HENKO washing powder only because I was getting a free Washing Bucket.
                I said him that I do not want it to take it and asked him not to bill. But that person promised me that bucket would be available on 05th of Nov for sure and forced me to purchase it.

                As suggested I went on to the store on 05th Nov.

                Now the store manager said me to visit after 10th of Nov and promised the same that he would make sure the washing bucket would be available.

                I went today to the store as suggested by the store manager and asked for the free item.

                Now he said me to visit on 16th Nov.

                I was really blank and said him that I would escalate this and have returned home.

                -- I have still not opened the HENKO washing powder pack because I am ready to give it back if I do not get the free item.
                -- I have wasted my petrol visiting multiple times to the store in which the free item does not give me any value.

                I request you to consider this as a humble feedback of mine and see that this would be escalated to the right contact to provide a good customer service.

                  I have bought heritage milk (500ml) from More megastore, kukatpally, Hyderabad on 9th March, 2015. The use by date on the milk was 10th March, 2015. I heated the milk on the evening as soon as I reached from the Megastore, but the milk got damaged. I contacted the customer care of heritage through mail, But I didn't received any kind of response till now. I tried to contact in the customer care number, but it is always busy. I would like raise my grievance against them and I should be receiving justice
