i am Rajnish Gupta. my mother usha Gupta was a admitted in Balaji Medicare hospital due covid -19 positive, from 01.05.2021 to 06.05.2021. i paid to hospital full and final bill of Rs. 52095/-. i submit the reimbursement case speed post no EP61485998IN dated 20.05.2021. You received on 04.06.2021.
Your letter sent dated 18.06.2021. I have received the letter on 23.06.2021. The letter mentioned the wrong claim amount 104352/-
and wrong Date of admission and discharge.
This amount of Caremax Superspeciality Hospital Jalandhar . I have received the amount of 86410 against Rs. 104352/-
First of all i trying to call customer care. but not pick the call, when pick the call on hold on 20min many times. this is very large TPA but i am sorry to say this service is very poor.
Kindly check the letter.
1 Query ans. I have already submit the treatment chart and vital chart. kindly review the case.
2. Ans. Balaji Medicare Hospital final bill of Rs. 37000/- only where is 36465/- This is wrong amount.
3. The medical bill details already submitted Rs. 11195. Mismatch Amount of Rs. 5025/-
