Claim not settled after sending all queries after 1 year & not received any reply despite several communication through email. This is my last complaint so pls settled the claim soon because after it i have own rights. I send the query on heritage health jaipur office by hand delivery to gourav i have receipt also but now they told that query not received. Heritage health services is very poor.
We are very sorry to say that the company is harrashing the members even for remitting the settled claim amount.

denial of rightful claim

Sir,
I, ambika mehra r/o c-9, 9632, vasant kunj, new delhi-110070 is a practicing advocate. My father was a retired uco bank employee who had been making annual payment of his premium for police taken from heritage tpa private limited through uco bank.
That my father was detected with brain cancer and was admitted in max super specialty hospital from 25th october 2016 till 31st oct, 2016. He was operated for brain tumor and got discharged on 31st october 2016. I raised a claim for hospitalization expenses for rs. 2.30 lakhs and the claim form was submitted with uco bank, zonal office, parliament street branch, new delhi-110001 with mr. Rajesh on first floor around 25.11.2016. The said claim form was collected by mr. Anurag dubey from heritage health insurance tpa private limited on 27.11.2016 for processing the same.
That i personally verified from the dispatch register maintained in uco bank, zonal office, parliament street, new delhi-110001 which is a public document that the said claim form has been received in the bank and collected by heritiage employee on 27.11.2016. It is pertinent to mention that mr. Anurag is still associated with heritage health insurance tpa private limited. I have spoken to him on his mobile and he has admitted his signatures on the register of the bank that he had received the form in november 2016 and he has admitted that his office deliberately made a receiving in their office of february 2017 so that they do not have to clear the claim.
Thereafter, i kept following up with various officials of heritage health insurance tpa private limited as well as mr. Rajesh in uco bank. However, to my shock and surprise, it has been learnt that the said claim cannot be processed as heritage health insurance tpa private limited officials namely ashutosh, anurag dubey who claim that they received the same in february 2017 i. E. Beyond the prescribed period of lodging of claim. That mr. Anurag deliberately in connivance with uco bank officials and other heritage employees did not log in the claim form and same is evident from the heritgae file where an entry has been made that it has been received in february 2017 whereas in the bank register it has been collected by mr. Anurag on 27th november 2016. That the bank official namely mr. Deepak who is currently responsible for processing of insurance claims says that heritage health insurance tpa private limited shall process the claim and he even refused to give me a copy of the register page on which entry is coming that the form has been sent to heritage office on 27.11.2016 through mr. Anurag who had collected it
The heritage people cleared my other claim forms for medicines, however the biggest amount claim form was deliberately not processed and the file was closed as settled. When i questioned about the payment against this particular claim form, they immediately said that this has been declined as not submitted in time and rest have been processed as they were in time. Very smartly, the heritage people made the payment for the small amount claim and did not process this claim payment of rs. 2.30 lakhs.
When i told mr. Deepak in uco bank that heritgae officials are refusing to process the form, he threatened me by stating that i can do anything i wish to and since he is a government employee, he has no fear of law as he can never be removed from his office. When i visited heritage health insurance tpa private limited, they too refused to given any copy of file or the claim form and made me wait for two good hours in their office and yet did not given me any response.
That more than 8 months have elapsed since the form had got submitted and my father has since expired in april 2017 and we are running from pillar to post for the said funds. That from the afore stated submissions it is clear that the uco bank employees/directors as well as the officials of heritage health insurance tpa private limited are hand in glove with each other and have cheated us.
I had submitted the form in november 2016 and deliberately it has been entered to have been received in feb. 2017 in the office of heritage health insurance tpa private limited.in this manner, the insurance company is declining claims by buck passing and stating that it is me who has not submitted the form in time.
It is requested that strict action be taken against both the bank officials as well as insurance company officials and it be ensured that my claim is processed.in this manner, these people would have created so many persons who are already suffering by not clearing their claims and illegally pocketing the money. If my father has been regularly paying premiums, how can we be denied of our rightful money.
You are requested to take appropriate action otherwise i shall take appropriate criminal/ civil legal action against all bank officials and heritage tpa private limited at their cost and peril.

My father is retired from allahabad bank. His policy no. is hhs8.[protected]. employee id is 9677. I operated my father in 16 january for his hernia operation and submitted the documents on 30 january at heritage tpa jaipur office. But at present time, no information provide to me from tpa office and no claim settle till present time. i am writing you second time about this. plz settle my claim as soon as possible, otherwise i will take up this matter in consumer forum. I have submitted my wife's delivery claim since 25/04/2019 but the insurance company is continuously giving irrelevant query regarding submission of money receipt whereas all the documents confirming the bills and receipt has been duly submitted.my claim no is HH[protected].

Delay and unnecessary reduction of claim amount

Hi,
Please guide me whom to escalate for this issue or should i approach the consumer court.
I have an policy taken from national insurance company ltd policy no : 250400/48/09/[protected]/250400
now my son had some hearing problem and i had to undergo a surgery and have submitted the bills and each and every document required.
i submitted the documents in Aug 2010.
I have still not received the claim amount and when ever i call up heritage no one answers as to why so much delay.
this has been the second time this issue has occurred even in my previous claim it took them 6 months to pay the claim amount and that too they deducted 2000 rupees. i had to visit them several times to rectify their mistake and it took again 3 months to get that 2000 rupees.
for this claim i have still not received the amount and i have approached national insurance Ballard pier branch from where my policy was issued they are also not paying deed to my request.
no one is answering why the claims take so much time to process.
secondly i am worried again this time they deducted some money and again i will have to run several time to get it back.
who will pay for the time i am spending to visit their office to get a mere claim of 29000.

Very third class TPA always try to procrastinate the geniune claim merely basis o[censored]seless reason
