My subscription #69847. I am using since last 3 months. Very much disappointed. In every subscription they will miss 1 or 2 deliveries. The local person will call you n say that he will refund you. You have to call him multiple times. You will feel like a beggar. You can't call customer care. You have to submit a complaint. A ticket will be raised. Then when they will get time they will call you. After listening to your complaint they said they will resolve issue. After that no call no feedback no resolution. Again you will raise ticket n again same process. Still I gave multiple chances. But I don't think their will be any improvement.
Very unprofessional team. On 15 n 16 oct I didn't receive milk packet. I raised issue multiple times. No resolution. No feedback. No amount returned. The local person not picking phone.
