I subscribed to milk daily and curd for alternate days. Since 3 weeks iam contacting customer care and there is a repeated response like we will inform to backend team. Neither milk delivered nor money refunded.
After 3 weeks yesterday I subscribed milk to see atleast they can deliver from now on, but this time I got only message like milk delivered at your door step, so I eagerly went outside and checked even shoe racks. But milk is not there.
Coming to app when we click customer care it will open a ticket but after customer care team calls us ticket will close without following up further updates
