Hero Electric — 120 days Expired but Battery Not yet replaced

I Ghanshyam Premratan Bhatter Bought HERO OPTIMA CX ER in month of Oct 2022.
My Battery Number is HE5130TK22134217
MY REGISTRATION No is:- GJ05MT0771
CHASSIS No:- MEPHEHPSB08AP1466
MOTOR No:- HENY[protected]
MY DEALER IS :- Vakilna Motors (Surat)
In month of Oct 23 my battery not working properly and dealer said battery have to be replaced and raised complaint for battery replacement. I also raised complaint over email but they are asking me to wait it will resolve soon and till now it has not been resolved.

Please suggest me what to do for the same.
