I, Sayanta Bose have purchased a Hero Optima CX ER ChASSIS NO - MEPHEHOSB08AL1776 purchase on 03/09/2022. After taking it to the showroom was told that the new battery will arrive in 15 days but till now I have not received it.
I have got a complaint number (B0023) from the showroom.
I have purchase this product from Fortune EV on 3rd September '2022, The Bike is now a liability for me, It's battery life experience is horrible, I got a damage/ error battery which creating a massive trouble from day one, The company took a complain aganst the issue, But till today (29.10.2022) after more than 55 days, I did't get the battery. It's couse me enormous problem for my business, I even can't take a ride on it as it facing sudden power failure in the middle of road.
Therefore, I request you to please resolve my problem and look into this matter as soon as possible.
