HONDA DIO - Worst and Bad Behaviour

On 1st of June'24, I have booked HONDA DIO 125CC Grey color and paid 1000.rs advance amount and today I paid balance full amount with 2% bank charges but post payment, staff is disclosing about non availability of color which I booked and spoke very rude and raised her voice for questioning about her approach. Service bike delivery delay and not responding to showroom

My bike sevice is here in two days before they said 1 day time to deliver my bike
But they are not delivered in addition to that the are not informed to me

I am also calling 25 time in variable SVM Honda showroom but they not pic the call
3 time sales team pick the call and they said service team calling to you but nobody did not calling to me

I am really worry about this issue

Service not done properly

My Mastero Edge KA 04JU 7346 was given service on 19th of december after the lockdown and they have provided the service without filling the engine oil to my vehicle. regarding the after sale services

I asked dealer about this issues they are not taking serious.. Just like that went to local puncher shop and change the mouth... I asked them why you are doing like this. Very bad service and a crappy place to buy a bike

Poor service for vehicle

At the time of booking, I was informed that the bike will be delivered with in a week and till date nothing has happened.
