My bike honda hornet 2.0 after first service I faced many issues in my bike and they broke my saree guard more than a month and half passed away they did not provide me bike number.worst service ever.svm honda avadi showroom is the worst showroom

      I purchased a TVS Two wheeler of Ntorq125 Pep + at SBM MOTORS, MOOLAKADAI CHENNAI-600 118 and used to give the vehicle for regular service since the centre is very nearby to my home. But they are not doing service proper as per requirement and taking 5ltrs of petrol during every service and also they are issuing the bill in other address. We took up the issue several times with branch manager. But the problem is not solved by them and they are treating very bad.particularly local fellow his name Vignesh he's behavior with girls very awkward...i will raise the complaints in local station first if it's not convincing it will go upper level...because i got a manufacturing defect bike i have a all the records from the first free service including manager irrespective talk voice recording...

          My Mastero Edge KA 04JU 7346 was given service on 19th of december after the lockdown and they have provided the service without filling the engine oil to my vehicle. Since for 1 week it was running smoothly but after one week it gave some kind of trouble where i thought the tire break was tight but on 18th morning when i riding for office it again gave the trouble after 11 km where i left my vehicle at Railway station and went to office and after i took the same to Bhagath Motors where they said Max motors did not change the oil and that is the cause where the parts have been damaged. Usually i don't give for service with outsiders. when i checked with Max motors they said you have not serviced for 6 months that is the cause happened. twice i was taking the vehicle out for bringing the household items and they are blaming me. Now the cost is 6k approx when i checked with Bhagath motors. Please help me out or tell the max motors to furnish the amount to bhagath motors. else i have to go to court with all details.

            It's almost 2months had passed still I haven't not any update reg to my vehicle battery warranty.whrn ever I contact my service engineer Vinoth he say I I'll check and update but till date I have not got any update from him.I don't know still how long I need to wait to get my battery.Because of this issue my kicker shaft is getting damaged and Iam an person who had an leg injury since iam unable to kick start so I was been depended on other person to start my vehicle.very worst service you people will fire the customer vallet in the name of service bill but you won't give proper service.I need an compensation for the delay and physical and mental stress caused because of this worst service from your organization.

                I am having cb unicorn vehicle. My authorised service centre is svm honda kollathur. When ever i take my bike for service the concern people are not giving proper response. Recently battery got failure they took nearly 4 months for replacement. Secondly my bike chain is damaged for the past 1 week they are not taking for service. I had to travel around 40 kms for this. They are having very less manpower for service. The company has collected an amc for rs 900/- which is of no use. I kindly request the concern authorities to look into the matter at the earliest.

                  Respected sir,
                  With all due respect, i had given my bike - activa 3g on wednesday. To decor e the condition of my bike... It’s grey and was in a god condition except i had a puncture in the back wheel and as usual, the bike was dirty due to dust.
                  Wednesday 4 pm (Roughly) i got a call stating that the bike was ready. I could go that evening... But the following morning i went to take my bike. Again to describe my bike... Not even the number plate was wiped. The same dirty bike. Highlight was the puncture part... Before handing over the bike to me... They filled the air. I did check and it was rideable. I went to office in the same bike. On the way i felt that the bike was starting to wobble at the back and again... I understood that they didn’t even rectify the punctured part...
                  Not sure what kind of service did they perform? This could be profitable for the distributor but reputation is lost.

                    Honda dio rear wheel continuesair low problem found (Due to mouth puncher) i bought new bike from svm honda dealer kilpak from chennai at 29/10/17... I asked dealer about this issues they are not taking serious.. Just like that went to local puncher shop and change the mouth... I asked them why you are doing like this. They are telling company will not pay anything... I asked them it's a new bike. Why they didn't check tyre conditions... He is telling simply it's not our side issues... Please take necessary action about this issues and reply me. What i want to do... I want to change new wheel please inform to change sir.. Fyi

                      I bought honde unicorn 160, a brand new bike about a month back and i am regretting everyday ever since. the bike has some problem and it refuses to start every day morning and i am totally frustrated that a new bike is giving so many problems. on checking with the service center, the kind of response and service received is despicable. i gave my bike for free service and even conveyed my issues, but the very next day i ended up with the same problem. then after a few days on giving the bike for service, they said there was a minor issue and it is fixed. the first question is what the hell did the do in the free service and why is the bike which has not even been driven for 500kms giving so many problems. atleast did the service fix the issue "no". serious actions need to be taken on such bad dealers and a heavy penalty has to be levied. i regret my decision to buy from fraud dealers like svm motors. i have been put through a lot mental turmoil.

                      I have dropped my vehicle in SVM Motor pvt.ltd Ayanavaram on 25 july morning for service but the manager NandhaGopal is not responding and not speaking the truth. he is worse behaving with customers till now they didnt done the work of my vehicle. I was upset with him.

                        We purchased honda activa 3g in the month of january 16. Reg no. Tn 12 k 8503. As there was a starting trouble in self start and kick start i left for second service in the month of may 31/5/16 in svm motors to check for the same.
                        1. The kilometre coverage was 1703 km at that time of when leaving the vehicle for service.Inspite of telling not to change the oil they have changed the oil and charged the amount rs. 383 which i paid them. The vehicle was delivered and the problem of self start was not solved..
                        2. As the self start problem continued i requested to check the battery and i again left the vehicle for service on on 9/6/16. With self start problem and seat catch component problem. They changed the seat catch component and charged rs. 177 and told that it is not our fault regarding the seat catch component and changed.
                        3. I would like to know if the components are in the warranty period why should they charge for the same??
                        4. The vehicle was delivered to me on 9th evening and battery was removed and sent for checking. The kicker was also not working and it gets started some times and does not start at all..
                        5. When we asked the concerned person they are telling that due to technological problem it is not advisable to take the vehicle without battery, the power may come some times and may not come some times.., and by kicker the vehicle will not start.

                        At present my vehicle is in svm motors pvt ltd avadi.. For the same problem with battery removed.. When we ask for when the battery will be ready they are saying they have sent to some other dealer and will call us after battery gets ready.
                        As branded company like this it is very sad to know about the poor service rendered to customers is highly dissatisfied.
                        As i need the vehicle for utility, my humble request is to arrange my vehicle tn12 k 8503 as early as possible in good condition. Waiting for your positive response and earliest action..

                          Hi, I am David from Ambattur. I booked the Honda Unicorn Bike on 29/07/14, at Kilpauk showroom and my Receipt number is 3058. At the time of booking, I was informed that the bike will be delivered with in a week and till date nothing has happened. My first point of contact was Mr. Srinivasan, then after a week Mr. Logi took hand over and then Mr. Dinesh. No one is clear cut information for bike delivery. This is ridiculous and irresponsible customer service. People in show room are not giving the correct information to the customers. Just because of wrong information and guidance I booked the vehicle. Now I am not interested to wait and get my bike. I paid Rs.1000 /- as advance.

                            I am using Handa Activa from 2003, I am very much happy about my bike performence, mostly I used to service my bike only in Honda authorised dealer. Last time I serviced my bike at your authorised dealar

                            M/S BALAJI HANDA,

                            I went there for general service only but they said engine has ceased it has to replace every parts of engine, I agreed for that, and they charged heavy bill for that(Rs- - 7600 (Labour itself - Rs - 2600) )
                            after charged this much they have not done the proper service. I gave the compliant but they didn't rectify the problem, again I have given compliant but they try to avoid me in worst manner.

                            COMPLIANTS AGAINST BALAJI HANDA

                            1 - THEY HAVE TAKEN EIGHT DAY TO DELIVER THE BIKE WITH UNPROPERed SERIVICE(but they promised to deliver within four days)

                            2 - CHARGED HEAVY BILL THROGH HIGH LABOUR CHARGE

                            3 - NO PROPER CUSTOMER RESPONDS

                            4 - WHEN I GIVE THE BIKE FOR SERVICE 4.5 TO 5 LITERS FULE IN BIKE BUT ON DELIVERY ONLY 1 LITER FULE WAS THERE.

                            5 - WHEN I WENT FOR COMPLIANT ABOUT THE SEVICE AT LAST TIME THEY ASK ME TO COME AT 8.00PM, BUT I KNOW THEY CLOSING TIME IS 6.30PM, I RISED THE DOUBT ALSO, BUT THEY SAID FOR SATURDAY AND ALL THEY WORK TILL 9.00PM. THEN I BACK, AND AGAIN I WENT AT 7.20PM FOR GIVE MY BIKE, BUT I WAS SHOCKING THEY CLOSED.

                            I HAVE GOOD OPENIAN ABOUT HONDA BIKES, ACTALLY I PLAN TO BUY HONDA UNICORN THIS MONTH, BUT THIS KIND OF ACTIVITIES ARE MAKE ME TO RECONCERN ABOUT MY PLAN

                            As we know many times in life after paying to the trusted service station we do not get the satisfaction up to level, and we either forgive them or we do not pay attention to it, but our this forgiveness harms us less that time but we let those people to grow that bad habit in them and their organisation which harms other innnocent customers.It's similer to give alms to a child beggar. we get rid of the beggar but the child develops the habit of begging and society gets a new beggar.
                            So, my friend i agree with your complaint and here by encourage you to go ahead to teach those bad habit people a lesson and to get the best worth of your money.

                            I buyed a Honda unicorn motorcycle in january 2007 vehicle no:KL04 4058, from that time with the free service am raised many complaints to your dealer named Shymas Honda, kalarcode jn:alappuzha, kerala;
                            regarding the problem with your service side,
                            on 11 march 2007 i gived my byk to your service centre for the complaint of my front break, and there is a small missing in electric start, evening i got the byk with the instructions given by your autherused service mens named Vimal and justin that they are already breaked the connetion with the battery and there is no any problem for riding the byk, but you have to change the battery within 3 weeks, after that i payed the bill of 400 and taken back the byk. but on running byk switch off and cd( i dont know what that is) is damaged,
                            because of your fault instruction i have to suffer these type of lose, so i told them that i couldnt pay the entire bill except battery, other wise i will go ahead with consumer court
                            so please do the needfull

                            Before purchaseing the Honda shine on cash payment (Drum), I observed the prise on honda motor's site, it was Rs.46212 at PUNE Maharashtra.
                            I went to Authorised dealer M/S. B.U.Bhandari, Pune.
                            They gave me quotation of Rs.47049, I told them about prise difference but it it was of nouse.
                            The fact was brought to the notice sales manager, honda motors Pune.on phone[protected].
                            The person talked me, gave me assurance about proper enquiry.
                            After that there was phone from M/S b.u bhandari.but the person fom bhandari who talked me was not able to satisfy my problem nither he was knowing the proper prise list.(i.e inclusive octroy or otherwise)

                            Such type of treatment (irrisponsible) is not at all expected from the company like HONDA MOTORS.
                            Respected my dear gentleman, and the management of HONDA MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER INDIA PVT.LTD.,

                            SUB:- complaint against M/s KODURI HONDA PVT.LTD., RAJAHMUNDRY E.G.Dt., (A.P)

                            From the past 2 years my father is using Honda activa scooter with that inspiration only in the recent past I had gone to the above said dealer to purchase another two scooters for my relatives.

                            But the management of the above said organisation bluntly rejected to issue the scooters on invoice price. They are insisting another 550/-(RUPEES FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY RUPEES ONLY) towards delivey charges without any bill or receipt. How far is it resonable to issue another 550/- with out any bill or receipt are they beggers to ask like that.

                            Our Andhra Government strictly instructed the public not to issue any extra money towards the delivery charges but in practice it is not happenening like that in the above said organisation.

                            So kindly look into the matter do the need ful to the Rajahmundry public.

                            Failing which your respect will be sopiled in the near future. At the same time I will complaint this matter to the VAT Department, and central excise and Income tax Department also.

                            this is to inform you that I had bought one Honda Unicorn bike on 08.02.05.Initial performance of the bike was very good, but after 2nd year onwards its head was leaking I had contacted your delar at patna,
                            they reperied it and agaim after 6month the same problem took place since then till date I am having same problem after every 6 or 7th month every time they repeir and trouble started.Now I am sick with this Brand and bike.
                            This is also to inform that the 27 instructions given to your Servicing Dealer in the service coupon, never
                            done. During serviceing at any point of time they(Patna delar) don't follow more than 7 or 8 steps.I bought the bike because of Honda Brand name, but never expected so poor service.I think my bike has a manufactureing defect.
                            Kindly look into this problem other wise people loose confidance on your brand.I will not recomand any one to purchase this brand.
                            Pls ask your delar at kolkata I will be going there 2day for servicing of my bike if the problem not slove

In last 5 years I v experienced that they r poor service providers post-sales. They believe in giving in-complete service so that the customer hs to pay repeat visits to get the problem rectified. Their mechanics r horrible who tends to leave the repair-job half-way to mint money for their owners. DO NOT BUY HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTERS AND ANY OTHER MODELS. THE MOST CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY ORGANISATION.                             I am to state that I am holder of Honda Activa Scooter Model 2003 which is registered in the name of my wife Smt. Gurdeep Kaur bearing registration no. PB03K4877. There was some starting problem in my Activa and I took my scooter on 27.5.09 to the workshop of M/s EMPIRE AUTOMOBILES 3029, GURU KASHI MARG BATHINDA-151001 which is the authorised dealer of your estemed company. The mechanics of the company told me to leave the schooter in the workshop and informed on phone that the Pisten Valve and Ring set are to be replaced and they charged Rs.2217/- i.e. Rs.1445/- for spare parts and Rs.772/- as labour charges vide invoice no.091WO1739 dated 30.5.09. On 11.7.09 I again took my schooter to the abovesaid workshop as advised by the mechanics of the workshop for change of Oil and paid Rs.625/- vide invoice no. 091WO3106. After reaching home when I tried to start my Activa the schooter did not start. So I took the schooter to workshop on 12.7.09 for removing the defects and the representative of the workshop told me to leave the scooter with them. In the evening of 12.7.09 the foreman of the workshop told me that CDI Unit part No.30410-KPL-902 is to be replaced and charged Rs.765/- vide invoice No.091Wo3186 dated 14.7.09.
                            I am to further submit that there was the only starting problem of the engine and I apprehend that officials of the Empire Automobiles, Bathinda have charged Rs.2217/- fraudelently and the parts have not been changed. Moreover the replaced old parts have not been handed over to me. Even after spending approximately Rs.3600/- the Activa is not running to the satisfaction. The mechanics employed by abovesaid workshop are not fully conversent with the repairing works and befooling the innocent people by making experiments on the scooters like an RMP doctor and also bring a bad name to your estemed company. It is therefore requested that necessary action may please be taken in the matter and the EMPIRE AUTOMOBILES, BATHINDA may be directed to refund the amount fraudelently received from me failing which I will be left with no alternative except to file the case in the Court of Law. An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

I m satisfied with Bike but the the service from the workshop is poor. I m not happy with them, they took full of servicing fee but dont provide good service. they didnt wash my bike. & when I told to the superviser for change the engine oil in presence of mine, they didnt do that.

                            I purched an Activa scooter from an outlet at Durgapur, west bengal from your dealer system of that above dealer isM/S, DOKANIA HONDA situated at ASANSOL (W.B).with deep regrate i like to inform you that, the service not at all saisfactory which is ternishing the reputation of a world famouscompany like yours.there is a total nexuos going on between the mechasnics and workshop manager to earn extran money from the customer as tips, even fake parts also fitted in place of original spares, They believe in giving in-complete service so that the customer hs to pay repeat visits to get the problem rectified for that they do not give any doucument/bill etc.though they charge vat, service etc. in their own record wioth out any authenticity.

                            I beg to state you that I, Sri Suvendu Mondal was purchased a HONDA SHINE (Black in colour) bike on 24th Feb 2009 of your branded company from Dhanbad/Jharkhand few weeks ago I have faced an accident and on that accident lots of scratches on the vizer. And on the similar time my bike had the 3rd servicing. So I go to the Dokania Honda Show Room at Asansol /West Bemgal, which is nearer to my home. On that date I said staff, that my bike was an accident. One of the staff Mr. Swrup will come and looks my bike, I say him that is there any options to claim the Insurance, Mr. Swrup will say that nothing will happened with your bike.& there is no insurance claimed on the vizer, he said you change it, vizer will available in there show room. According to Mr. Swrup will, I will change the vizer .After completing the servicing & change the vizer, I carefully looks my bike, and there is a disturbance on the handle of the bike, it will not in its exact position, I repeatedly told them the bike handle matter, but one of the staff Mr. Malay diverted & motivated the whole matter and understand me the other objects of the bike for that reason the bike handle will see the disturbance. Depending on servicing staff Mr. Swrup & Mr. Malay’s word. I return from there .When my elder brother ride my bike, he say the handle is not in its exact position .Then I go to a garage, there is a mechanist saw my bike, without touch my bike, he say that the handle, soccer pipe, t & etc will bended. Without depending his word I go to the another Honda Show Room in Mihijam / Jharkhand, there staff also say the similar thing, you may claim the insurance, if you do it from their show room it will take more time to recovery the bikewoner of the show room suggest me to go there from where you change the vizer because it also under the claim of insurance. Then I come back to the Asansol Honda Show Room, and say them to see my bike problem, again that service staff Mr. Malay take a test drive of my bike and said that the Handle, Soccer pipe, T & etc will bended. At that time Mr. Malay say you may claim the insurance for recovery the bike, I say that I have been already changed the vizer, so what will happen now, can you help to add the vizer cost in insurance, he suggest your bike brought from Jharkhand, you may talk with the division office of that insurance company. I will go to the division office of that insurance company, which is located in Asansol, they heard the matter and said that there is NO addition of the cost of new vizer. I reported to the staff of Dokania Honda show room Asansol Mr. Malay, he says that who will take the charge of your bike on the 1st day of your bike 3rd servicing, I say, I not know the name of that person, but I identify, he say told body structure how he looks. I say he is little much healthy, then he say that he is Mr. Swrup. They told me come on another day. Again I go there, Mr. Swrup say that he is helpless to make the whole matter. Again Mr. Swrup say come on other day. In this way they rounding me several times. On date 12.09.2009 over telephone Mr. Swrup told come in there show room .he will solve the whole matter, when I reached in Asansol on 15.09.2009, again Mr.Swrup say that he is helpless on claim of insurance on the whole matter i.e he could not solve the vizer problem. Then I told Mr.Swrup that” you say come in show room I will solved the whol matter” and when I come you say that you can nothing to do, again I requesting them many times, but at least not the last they THREATED me & they say that “ you do what you want to do I will see you latter”. Employ and my working place is near about 140 km from my home, on behalf of that I will go to Asansol Dokania Honda Show Room when they call me, but what I got to go Asansol Honda Show Room several times, nothing but I get lots of HARRASEMENT, HACKLING, INSULTING, MISHEHAVIUOR & THERATNING.

                            This is to complain against Fortune Motors, M.G. Road Service center.

                            I had purchased a new Honda Activa at this dealers outlet and had given it for its necessary 1st service (free service). They returned the vehicle with a damaged dicky (the plastic fibre) and claim that its not their fault as in a first service, THEY ONLY CHANGE ENGINE OIL (for which i was charged) AND A BODY WASH and so they did not touch the dicky area and hence not their fault.

                            What kind of a service is this? I can do this simple work by myself. Its a shame as i hoped for a proper maintenane of my vehicle and i'm now not satisfied with Fortune Honda's poor service.
                            Moreover they are not taking responsibility for the damaged dicky and they say that it was my fault. I fail to understand how they can simpy pin this damage on me since i opened the compartment and when i gave it for servicing since the Job Card man asked me to remove my belongings from the compartment (all which happened in his presence) and he later claims that he had not noticed this dicky compartment as it was not in his routine checkup.

                            I would like to conclude that the management there is not worthy of being Honda Employees as they speak contradicting to themselves and make themselves look like DUNCE.

                            I trust Honda to take this matter into serious consideration (and especialy about what work goes into the 1st free service)

                            DO NOT leave your bike for a service in BALAJI HONDA at washermanpet chennai. These guys are just some retards. Sorry to use that word. They dont have any idea about customer service. No proper guidance for a customer about the service timespan. No intimation you could expect even if there is a delay in the service. Honda is just fine but these guys from BALAJI HONDA are horrible!!! I think i would have to sue these guys to end up my frustration!!!

                            I am very sorry to inform you about a services center of yours is not running properly with are standards required. They are giving very poor service which left all the customers unsatisfied
                            when I gave my vehicle for first servicing . I lost my tool kit which was given at the time of its purchase. The worst of all is my vehicle has not been filled with the new engine oil after the old one has taken out. I found the mistake they made only after the vehicle ran on the road for half an hour.
                            It made me frustrated and desperate. I am sure to say that no customer visiting that servicing center is satisfied.


                            Hence I request you to either visit the service center to diagnosis the problematic poor service center or take necessary steps to boost the standards. If it is not done final sufferer will be the “ HONDA” company which has good reputation in public. I am very sorry to tell you that if the problem is not solved by you I will go to the consumer forum for justice. This is for your kind information.

                            I am very sorry to inform you about a services center of yours is not running properly with are standards required. They are giving very poor service which left all the customers unsatisfied
                            when I gave my vehicle for first servicing . I lost my tool kit which was given at the time of its purchase. The worst of all is my vehicle has not been filled with the new engine oil after the old one has taken out. I found the mistake they made only after the vehicle ran on the road for half an hour.
                            It made me frustrated and desperate. I am sure to say that no customer visiting that servicing center is satisfied.


                            Hence I request you to either visit the service center to diagnosis the problematic poor service center or take necessary steps to boost the standards. If it is not done final sufferer will be the “ HONDA” company which has good reputation in public. I am very sorry to tell you that if the problem is not solved by you I will go to the consumer forum for justice. This is for your kind information.

                            Ipurchased a honda unicorn from KDC HONDA, VATAKARA, CALICUT DIST, KERALA(I booked as on 14-feb-2009 and get delivery on 11-june 2009)there is somany complaints about their services . they are

                            1) on delivery of byke there is a scratch on right side of fuel tank and they promis to me it will clear on first service and this complaint is wrote on the back side of the service book but till now they could not solve my problum(service manager told me that tell to sales man if he is promised me to recover)

                            2) chain socket is damaged before third service (between[protected]kmtrs).They have no responsibility after the delivery of vehicle.

                            now i changed chain socket at HONDA SHOW ROOM KANNUR ON[protected]
                            But after 10 days it again damaged and complained there and they said to bring the byke on[protected]

They also have service station at Jetalpur road Baroda.I have poor and pathetic experience from them post-sales. They believe in giving in-complete service so that the customer hs to pay repeat visits to get the problem rectified. Their mechanics r horrible who tends to leave the repair-job half-way to mint money for their owners. The broken side miror and even not ready do replace the same they not ready to except their mistake.in job card also miror was ok, they are sayimg it done by you.I given my bike in proper condition and getting bake dammaged.kindly look in mattar and do needfull.its not the matter of just a miror its all about your promisses to the customer and company.

                            I know the name of Honda in Automobile Technology is very bright but when we produce thousands o[censored]nit bikes and in a one bike with some manufacturing defect is supply and not to identity till selling than on who purchase this defective unit and after taking on road one or two days the bike may be problematic in spite of joy than what I draw a beautiful picture in my mind of Honda, let’s come to the problem.

                            I Pravin Kumar purchased “Honda CB Twister” bike from ‘STNAM Honda Jaipur (Rajasthan)’ on 17/10/2010 after purchasing two days, I feel that in gear shifting. I feel problem and bike takes strokes and when I drive it on a speed of 50 – 60 Km/h than bike takes more strokes, I fear and go to “SATNAM HONDA” about this problem but they manipulate me that this is new bike and parts of bike is not in our store, we will repair bike when parts come, I regularly complain about this problem upto till date.

                            To all showroom Employee but no one take this seriously when takes bike on 3rd Service than suddenly they become very humble and say that sir your bike’s missing part is in now in our store that inspect the bike in front of me but not told me another problem when I sitting from three hours after they told me sir you going your home we will call you after work completion but I am shocking after hear a call from them side in evening your bike is having more problem than we inspect after all things done by them but problem is still on the desk.                             I HAVE PURCHASED MY NEW BIKE FROM UDAY HONDA DELHI CB-TWISTER-6961 TWO MONTHS BEFORE IT IS THERE IN THE SERVICE STATION FOR LAST ONE MONTH. THERE WAS A NOISE IN THERE ENGINE, EVEN THERE ENGINEER COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AFTER OPENING THE ENGINE FOR THREE TIME, AFTER THAT I DECIDE NOT TO TAKE THE BIKE BECAUSE THERE WAS SOME SERIOUS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THAT, PERTCULARLY A BIKE WHICH HAS BEEN OPENED FOUR TIMES IN FRONT OF ME IT IS BETTER THAT I TAKE A 2ND HAND BIKE AND PAY SOME MONEY TO A LOCAL MACHENIC EVEN THEY WILL GIVE ME A WARRANTY OF TWO YEAR . SO THERE IS NOT POINT IN PURCHASING A NEW BIKE WHICH HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS ALREADY. SO NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE I HAVE PAID THEM FOR NEW BIKE NOT FOR 4HAND BIKE, BY THIS KIND OF SERVICE THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOUMERS.                             I have been experienceing battery failure in the honda dazzler which is just 10 months old. I have once charged the battery but after a week, it discharges again. After a visit to the local dealer jhaveri honda, mumbai, they serviced the vehicle and informed me that is was a loose connection at the battery terminal. However, from past two days I am experiencieng the same problem. Pushing the bike in 2nd gear and trying to start it is dangerous because the bike suddenly starts and accelerates if your are not careful to press the clutch and brake. This is a dangerous way of starting for people who are inexperienced. Honda should change the battery to a higher rating and/Or provide a kick start option as in the unicorn. The quality of dazzler is one of the worst that I have come across. The bolts holding the terminals of the battery have already rusted and very difficult to remove. The metal clips holding the cables, have already rusted and the number plate has also rusted just in 10 months time. Buck up honda or get out of the business in india.

                            I had purchased one Honda CB Shine Motorcycle on 22/11/2011 from the authorised dealer M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar. Next day I noticed some problem like huge white smoke and mobile is coming out of the silencer and contacted the dealer. But they did not responded. On Dt.13/12/2011 during 1st free service I gave complain. But, nothing sorted out. Again after several times of verbal complain, they accepted my grievance and on Dt.28/12/2011 they opened the Block & Piston of the bike and found some manufacturing defects in the guide and valve and send the same to the lathe for repair. Till today also my bike is in the service center. Mr.Tripathy, the Service Engineer of the Dealer, M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar has agreed that the engine has got manufacturing defects and out of consolation told me that it is your bad luck to get a defective bike.
                            In this situation it is regretted to say that even the vehicle is not one month old and it has got manufacturing defects in the engine from the beginning, no one responding to my grievance. So I am in great depression and metal agony.
                            I would therefore, request you to replace the complete engine of my bike or else the bike may be replaced. Failing which finding no alternate way I will be compelled to go to the Court of Law.

                            I owened a CB Twister 2010 in June 2010. my bike is in good condition however whenever i go to the service station for general service i face a problem of delay in servicing. the service center usually give the service on links. i mean to say that i[censored] are a local resident/resident of same place/having good links with the service manager u r the first one to have the service even if my no is earlier to the other fellow. this is very embarrasing each time when i go for the bike service. also this is not good on the part of honda as their name is getting spoiled.

                            Honda — Fake charge during free service at service center

                            AT the service center which are authorised by hond during there free service they are not providing the proper invoice of the service center.only for the charges of oil they provide proper invoice.during free service without the consent of customer the charge at the fake reciept for their parts and if asked for the proper invoice of the parts they convey that either this part is not mnufactured by the company or the part was not available at the center.for this purpose they never got the prior approval of the customer. it is cheaper to got the service out side on payment basis.during the service they never botherd about other problem only washing and god knows that they changed the engine oil.fake charge like polish battery spray belt spray battery plug etc. their is no customr care. free service is only a joke.

                            I purchase a HONDA ACTIVA (SCV110B) Scooter on 4th Feb 2012 from Monka Auto mobiles, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur. The Scooter I revived is not up to the Quality Standards, I found some defects on The Scooter. After that I PROMPTLY made contact with the Dealer and they suggest for Repairing. But I don't want any repair on the Scooter, because I paid the FULL amount in cash...

                            So I request you to please make a replacement against this Scooter. Other wise I have to complaint this problem to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

                            My name is YASH C. NAIK. I am having HONDA CB-UNICORN since October 2011. It has been a year from NAVSARI RAGHUVANSHI HONDA. And I had gone to the showroom around 12-15 times for a simple and a single complain that the bike is not getting earlier startup. My brother HARSH C. NAIK has contact your customer care service for same reason via e-mail. After that he got the call from your PUNE office that this time your problem will be solve. But after we gone thrice times but the problem is not solved by them so I request you to replace it with a new one. other wise I go to the consumer forum. Because I having not other choice.
                            This also happened with me, during service of Honda Shine Bike Charge are taken but service not satisfactory. Problem shown 4 times but not rectified till now.

                            as you have instructed, I have given the bike to DIDAR motors, egmore, chennai for servicing and the bike was returned to with the replacements.


                            jus today morning[protected] when cleaning the bike i have notice the right out cowl was loose. immediatly i took the bike to DIDAR motor to show this to mr Rajasekar and i mean time Mr Karthik who serviced my vehicle, also reached the first and i showed the bike to him.

                            he confirmed that at the time of removing the cowl the outer cowl was just in touch up with Adhesives and it was not intact. immediate after removing the screw the outer cowl fall out. i asked why he didnt reply this to me by the time of replacing the other parts. he being sincere he can only do the job what he was instructed.

                            In mean time Mr Rajasekar service incharge of DIDAR Motor, also reached the work shop and i asked him about the damages of the outer cowl and reported that i have seen with make up work done with adhesives and it seems due to vibration it got separated out. he too said that while attending the vehicle there was lots of small small damages and clips were broken and these problem noticed were already mentioned in the job card.

                            dear naveen, now we have 100% evidence of damage caused are from the SVM motors only. because the bike i left for service on 1st july 2013 and received it on 5th July 2013 and again after coming from my native place i have given the bike with SVM on 8th july 2013 and received them after one month time and by that time the speedo support panel and plastic cover was damaged and replacement of tank cowl was done with duplicate parts and side out cowl panel was complete with paint droplet spils.

                            so after reporting to you i left the vehicle with DIDAR and they have noticed the damages in the inner side of the outer cowl.

                            Today, i met Mr Suresh and Mr sunil at there places. but sunil has raised the hand saying, what ever replacement reported was send to DIDAR and this might have happen else where. but the damages have be noticed by DIDAR Motor people. so please do proper scrutiny and get me the right solution.

                            Some thing has seriously happened but the SVM people are hiding. i dont know how to handle this. please do the needfull.

I saw 2 -3 people were also there they divert form hero when they listen about black marketing.

                            On 24/4/13, I gave my honda twister No.AP37 BF8525 for servicing at Malakpet servicing centre. What happened I don't know, but the mileage has fallen from 50KM to less than 40KM per liter. Again I gave it for servicing on 15.11.13 in the same center with specific complaint. I was told that the filters will be checked. When I inquired about the same while taking delivery, no body clarified. The servicing is not upto the satisfaction. Signature are being taken from the customers in a suited manner that is favorable to the servicing center, but I mentioned about my dissatisfaction as no one is clarifying properly.

                            This is to inform you & the concerned authorities at Honda that as per special request by Mr. Arghya Biswas, I've deposited my scooter again for the 7th time I guess!! Though I had requested to send me an official mail, that's not yet received!!

                            Well, I also checked the mileage the figure goes like this :

                            Date: 14.01.14, KM reading was 1532, Full Tank
                            Date: 23.01.14, KM reading is 1642
                            It took 2.9 Ltrs of Petrol to full the tank today that means :[protected] = 110 / 2.9 = 37 KMPL

                            Hope the figure is as surprising & shocking as me !! So, it's now proved that there is a serious problem and after the great attempts for about 5-6 times by your qualified engineers, the problem remains the same!! Mileage not willing to move forward from 35-37 and the starting problem still happening !!

                            I would like to mention here very categorically that this is for the final time that I've sent my so called great honda scooter to the Service Center. If the same problem arises again then I'll get it delivered there and will not bring it and fight with every possible ways to get the Scooter completely replaced.

                            My name is Rajmohan G. I had purchased a HONDA CB TRIGGER Bike (Reg No KL07BZ4772)from EVN HONDA, Cochin Kerala on[protected]. It was a full payment purchase. They told me that the bike registration will be completed within 4 days after purchase and ready for delivery. I told them that it can be delivered by 01-Feb-2014. But when I came for receiving my bike on 01-Feb-2014 I found out many problems with my bike.
                            There was a hole with rust in the silencer side. The delivery service person told me that it may happen when the bike delivered to the show room. Then I noticed that there were so many nuts and bolts with rust and dust. The bike seems so old and it seems like it has gone through so many rain and heat. Also the crash guard seemed like it had faced some accident. There were so many scratches.
                            I asked them to change all these things and then only I will accept the delivery. They told me that they won’t be able to complete it on that day and because next day was Sunday they will deliver the bike on Monday[protected]. I accepted it and I took a leave on[protected] just to take my new bike from show room. But when I came on that day, I noticed that they haven’t changed anything. It was just the same. I asked the service person and he told me that his supervisor told him no need to change all these thinks and these thinks will happen. I got angry and complaint the manager about this issue and he told the supervisor to fix all these issues and change part. Again they told me that it will take one more day so please come on next day. Today was the day my bike should delivered to me, but I won’t be there to accept it because I am working in Trivandrum city. I asked my friend to collect the bike for me but he told me that till now it is not delivered to him.
                            I hope this kind of situation doesn’t happen to any of Honda customers. These people I met on that show room are irresponsible, , they have no value for customers. They don’t value Honda brand. The customer support team is not that helpful. They don’t know what is happening in that show room. Service person doesn’t have any qualification regarding automobile. Those people are from other state, from my research I came to know that they are hired because they only need lesser salary and local service people are very expensive to hire in Cochin area.

                            Please do something about these issues. Otherwise Honda value will be lost because of worst service experience.

                            I purchased 2 Honda Motorcycles, Activa and CB Unicorn from KTC Honda, Vadakara.I am not satisfied with the service of KTC honda, Vadakara. When I given complaint in 1st service regarding Brake disc, mileage shortage and abnormal sound from some parts of CB unicorn. Still they couldn't do it after 7th service also.When I purchased, I noticed there were 2-3 dots in the front mirror, At last they replaced it but it took 1 month and made me to enter there daily in KTC Honda.When I complained regarding Brake disc issue, they refitted it by adjusting it by some other parts(seems not from Honda) and it looks not same as before and the issue was not cleared at present also.When I took my vehicle after the service, the front disc brake was not fitted properly and as gods sake I just escaped from an accident.The behaviour to Customers also very poor.This may effect your goodwill.Please take care of this issue.

                            I purchased honda DIO100 .. during DEC2014 at SVM motors pvt ltd AVADI ... when they delivered without proper checking and when we reach home we found seep-meter was not working.After two days the horn was not working. The same were rectified during the second service ..


                            during FEB2015 the viechle skid while driving and after a two days we found the back side tyre as no air, we contacted the dealer who adviced to pay some of Rs 700 to change the rim . i sent the viechle for repair . But he told that a sum of ruppes 2200. it is not understood that the mechanic is not given proper statement and i brought the two wheeler .

                            Before purchasing the two wheeler the staff informed so many facilites during the warranty period but now the statement is disappointing and displeasure, kindly tell me whether i should go to the same place or a PVT mechanic shop for service and other problems in my two wheeler.

                            I request a favorable action at the earliest
