I have purchased hero foton LP on April 2022 form OM hero electric mowa, Raipur chhattisgarh 492001, But suddenly is stopped working on 03.082022. I thought it is discharged or deep discharge so I have charged for 4-5 Hrs but it didnt work.
Then on 06.08.2022, I have called the dealer but no one care about this.
After that I have submitted this complain.

After that[protected] I have submitted my scooter to delaer.
Since then no responce on that, I have called to dealer he said that battery is defective now and part has been ordered and given me Service engineer no named-Sarvesh kumar dubey [protected].
After contacting him once he also not picking phone. Please suggest what to do now.
This scooty is very important for me as this uses to pick and drop my 4 year kid at his school.
Every day he is crying and not ready to go to school by auto or rickshow.

Hero optima electric Scotty controller 48v not available... Parts are very rare and mechanics are not available .very bad service...

Everytime their is an issues in my optima scooter every month we have to spend money for fixing the issue its the worst headache i have ever had and service provider also not good, keeps my vehicle for many days and also dont pick up calls

My battery was not take any charge from the day one. And also display was not working properly. I sent vedio to the company with the help of dealer. I have purchased EV Scooter Optima CX ER-dual battery on 29.06.2022. Since day one i am facing brake issue in rear wheel. One day rear wheel got jammed due tp this fault. Made a complaint to Lakulish Motor Vadodara on 12.07.2022. Pathanbhai mob-[protected], Head Mechanic changed spring of rear brake and made it kamchalau. But problem persisted. Again i contacted him on 15.07.2022. He told me to keep bike in show room. I have parked scooter...

Battery range not found proper as per company requirements, meter not working accurate, ground clearance is worst

I purchased the Hero Flash vehicle ln September 2020 in Hero Electric Sri Lakshmi motors, Vijayawada but battery problem was occured in May 2022. I have given the battery Hero Electric Sri Lakshmi motors on Dated.[protected] technician told battery was problem send to head office for replacement of new battery but till to date battary was not received and I don't know what is the status of my battery

I have purchased hero Lectro ecycle from AE-325, Salt Lake City. Sec-1. Kolkata-700064 KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL 700067 few days ago and it suddenly created issues by always paddle assist automatically applied.
The store manager is too arrogant and rude and repair person didn't co-operate to receive the e cycle.
Fortunately it got corrected automatically however I don't expect such nonsense from prominent brand dealers and store manager.
Kindly take stringent action against the dealer and repair person.

I purchased hero electric optima hx dual scooty in nov 21. While charging the battery one charger giving abnormal sound. After some times its normal charging.What would be the cause. I think my charger got defective after some time. Pls suggest for that.

Very bad service...no manners how to talk with customer..I will never buy hero electric vehicle...and suggest every person that never purchase hero electric vehicle.

Hero Electric — Tyre swelling and oil seal damaged.
I have purchased Hero electric Flash in May 2021 with three years warranty. But now one tyre is showing swelled at 2 to 3 points so kindly arrange to change at the earliest so as to avoid any mis-happening in future.

I contact local dealer..for new charger for chargeble amount..but not responding from 1month ..
Also contact hero complaint number..but not receiving my call..

1 month..my bike not running time..

मेरे पास हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक की ऑप्टिमा मॉडल की गाड़ी है पिछले 2 महीने से वो बिल्कुल बन्द हो रखी है मैंने हमारे अजमेर वाले सर्विस सेन्टर पर इसके लिए पिछले 2 महीने से शिकायत कर रखी है और लगभग 2 से 3 दिन में उनसे बात करता रहता हूं कि गाड़ी कब तक रिपेयर करके मुझे देंगे, लेकिन वो हमेशा ऐसा बोलते है कि 1-2 दिन में इसका पार्ट्स आ जायेगा और आपको आपकी गाड़ी रिपेयर करके दे देंगे।

This is vigneshwaran from chennai. I purchased a Hero photon from perungalathur show room on 2021 june.. As we all know EV vehicles are under development they are not completely issues free, and Hero electric is top of the crowd. They are producing their products just like a college students doing there final year project.. facing many problems day by day but the technical services team struggling to resolve the problems.. Better stop the selling and please sort out the inbuilt concern and start selling the products..The products should be problem free at least at the time of purchasing them. Initially i faced bike sensor problem that is i couldn't able to move to vehicle even though i switch on the keys and twist the throttle.. then i begged to the service team in perungalathur and explained about my problem, but they simply said "its not big issues" but after spending 4 days with researching with my bike they fails to find out the issue.. now there comes a big problem that the bike is running once i switch on my bike without twisting the throttle.. I don't know how the OEM is producing a product like this and they passed all the government norms.. Now a days entering into automotive domain is very easier and selling a vehicle with cheap quality is not a big deal..
