I bought a hero electirc scooter in june 2022 and after 1 year the battery stopped working we submitted the battery to the dealer which was under warranty and after 4-5 months they gave us the battery which is also not working now they are saying they cannot solve our problem as company is not responding to them.
They are saying you can file a case against them in consumer court.

I want my battery to be replaced urgently.

    I have purchased Hero electric optima Hx dual battery schooty. I face a air leakage problem in hub moter wheel and my schooty is in warranty. At the service center they not help me and said that put tube in the back wheel. I face troubles with tube. Please change my moter wheel upper to solve air leakage problem
    Service center not help us currently i am facing more problem with put tube at back wheel.
    I hamble request to you please help us and provide full guidence to change my wheel outer cover to stop air leakage

    Either change the moter upper cover to stop the leakage of air or change moter. I want a permanent solution of this problem.

      Hero electric photon LP - motor problem

      I am purchased Photon LP on[protected] in mysore from Srivardhini Ventures
      On Sept 2023 motor is not working (Sl No.HEMI2203R2491). Till date not repleced the motor. The dealer told not received new motor from company.
      So kindly replace the motor as immediately as possible.

      On January 2024, my optima vehicle has shown Motor Problem. The dealer said, they sent the details to head office and given me the request number VOR 3000404. Then they informed me that the Motor will come in one month.

      After one month I went the dealer and they asked me to send a email to head office. I sent the first email on 14 Feb 2024. I have given all the requested details and they promised me to resolve the issue and asked me to wait.

      I waited and sent email on 21 Feb 2024. I received a response stating "complaint under progress"

      I waited for 2 weeks and emaild on 5 Mar 2024. On 7 Mar 2024, I received a reply stating "Motor is pending from plant and it will be dispatched by the plant very soon"

      I waited for 1 week and emailed on 14 Mar 2024. I received a reply on 15 Mar 2024 stating "motor has been dispatched by the plant and it will be received by the dealership very soon".

      Thereafter they sent few mails and asking me to wait.
      Today is 25 Mar 2024. Still I did not received motor and now a days they not even responding to my emails.

      Please guide me how to proceed to get the Motor and how to get the compensation for the loss I incurred due to non delivery of Motor.

      Today the vehicle stopped working. They sending reply weekly once or twice for my email. And they are sending same irritating response as follows in different words.

      They have no intention to give replacement warranty and trying to delay as far as possible. on 15 Mar 2024 they said the motor despatched. There after they are asking me to wait in all the reply emails. Now My vehicle stopped working and I sent a email to them. Hopeless and helplessness..

      Hi,

      On 30 Mar 2024, the vehicle stopped working. I let the vehicle for service. Now the dealership is asking for Rs. 4, 500/- for making temporary arrangement.

      The dealership is not giving back vehicle without Rs. 4750/-. The Hero electric is delaying the Motor.

      I sent email regarding this to the support. They are repeating the same "wait for sometime message".

        Battery replacement for optima cx er

        My name is Hemant Jain and I had purchased Optima CX ER from Autonex LLP but it closed its showroom as well its service center within a year of purchase. I had battery issues within a year, it stopped charging but due to no details provided of service center located nearby me I had to suffer. At last I got the address of Mulund (Monil Cycles) which is 45 kms from my area. I had to travel 45 kms for service and lodge a complain of a battery...

        Both of my bike battery was faulty and i had given it to the showroom i purchased, The bike was under warranty, as was the battery as well. Its been more than 3 month now but still, the showroom says no response from hero company. No one seems responsible after taking money from customer. I bought the vehicle from Hero electric showroom pallikaranai chennai. The people who were responsible for battery replacement were Vardhini Two Wheelers,

        Showroom people told that they got the approval for battery replacement, but no progress of sending the new battery from hero company.

        I want both my batteries immediately, If the hero team cannot do anything on this, then the vehicle is useless for me, at least your team can take it as a showroom toy.
        No action taken and no response for this portal as well. Is there anyone who is responsible for this issue?

          My name is alvind ghosh my mobile number is [protected], i had purchase photon on date[protected], i had facing issue in battery, my battery is not working properly, so i contacted to my dealer, he checked the battery and confirmed that lowah issue, and dealer made warrenty claim on date[protected], claim number B1071, Its almost seven month gone, i still not received my battery, i had so many times contacted with the dealer (venkatesh hero bilaspur) they said every time that company had not srnd your battery, they provided me the claim no. And said contated with customer care, i contacted customer care several time but no result, now i am very much furstrated, so i am rewuesting kindly resole my issue as soon as, otherwise i had to made serious legal actions and social media.

            I bought hero flash e bike from Prabhawati electric Ara Bihar. Battery of the Scooty gone none functional during guarantee period. Battery was deposited in the agency for replacement in the agency in July 2023. Till Date no replacement has been Made. On contacting to agency only BOM No. 167 is given. Customer Service of the company is not functional.

              Dear Sir I have a optima hx, it’s battery was failed in warranty period on 2 nov 2023, your dealer chandraprabhu marketing generated a TFR against claim no B 607 on 3 nov 23, but still after 4 months I have not received my new battery from plant, so if you can provide a new battery within 15 days then okay otherwise I will move to consumer court. Thanks

                      Complaints against the vehicle.
                      1. From the beginning the digital speedometer does not indicate low battery, it just shows a yellow blinking and switches off. (This was raised in the first servicing and a request was made to improve the condition so that at least a proper indication be provided). The current speedometer is meant for petrol vehicles and is not configured for electric vehicles
                      2. The vehicle quality is of poor make, there is a fork out with the running of the vehicle, which causes imbalance and a high risk to the rider, I asked the service center to fix this and even after servicing the issue popped up after 3 months without any physical damage done to the vehicle.
                      3. The brakes are of extremely poor quality and despite changing the drum liner it lasts only for a max of 15- 20 days, the breaks are weak after that.
                      In clear words, this vehicle is a safety hazard to the rider as well.

                          From October 2023 I am facing battery Charging issue it's not being charge, I Requested to dealer for the same he check the battery and raise replacement request. And even I also mailed several emails for the replacement but almost 120 days Expired but till now it has not been resolved. They Just reply in mails to wait for sometime, but didn't suggest any time frem and how long one should wait. If company is not having infrastructure to supply the battery why they commit for 3 years warranty to customer. Just to Cheat us.
                          Without battery Electric Vehicle is worthless.
                          Since October 23 I am unable to use my vehicle even though for 1km. Then whats the mean of buying it.
                          They cheated us also for subsidy, at the time of purchase Dealer said Subsidy will get credited in 3 months and still we didn't receive the same and now we are asking the dealer they Reply us to fight with Government. Government will provide subsidy.
                          Please Do the needful earliest possible.
                          Or suggest me some path to way out from both the issue
