I have HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA HX DUAL BATTERY in which has a problem of air leakage in rear wheel. My dealer has ordered the suitable part from the company but it has not been delivered to them because of which my scooty is impaired for more than a month.

    Dear Hero Optima Team,

    I have purchased Hero Optima CX on November 2022, My bike having issue during running having lag and choke while running, i have given to

    Hero Electric Bikes Thousand Lights Chennai, service station in
    Hero Electric Service center 16/9, Subbarayan St, Pudupet, Komaleeswaranpet, Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600002
    they checked the controller and other parts and they said they cleaned motor and still the issue persist and the service centre not resolving the vechicle problem properly, i need immediate resolution why the issue is not able to fix by hero team and resolve the issue or replace the motor on immediate basis.

    Replacement of Motor with inWarranty. No response from company/ dealer I am deeply shocked with the behaviour of Hero Electric It should be Zero instead of Hero...

      Issue with the motor of my electric scooter, [Optimae5], which I purchased on [[protected]] from [Radha Automobiles Bathinda].

      From 20, Feb, 2024, I have experienced significant problems with the motor, including [Motor not working, unusual noises, failure to start, sudden stops.]. These issues have rendered the scooter unusable.

      I have made a complaint for Defective motor on[protected] . Complaint Number = VOR300779, But it is not resolved till now .My scooter is not working from that day and standing at Service Centre from that day . But till now New motor is not received at service center from Hero Electric

        I have submitted my main lock system to local dealer and as per them they have submitted the warranty request with Hero electric but after that they have not received the replacement back, and I had to purchased a new lock system when my scooter is in warranty period. When I tried to call hero on their cutomer care no.[protected]. It never connected, nor our email delivered to their email address - info.[protected]@heroeco.com.

        Can you please escalater this issue on very high notes as there may be high number o[censored]sers who will be facing such issues.

        Let me give you have brief summary, I had never able to connect with them via there publised email id as well as toll-free number. They are fooling the customers.         Today I have raised the above mentioned concerns from my linkedin platform, but still not able to receive any update on this. Can you imagine how much they are frustrating us. There tollfree number and email id mentioned into their website is not reachable, then how we will be able to raise our query/concern/complaint with them. Can you please raise some greviance with them and find out atleast their customer care active number, instead of closing my concern here.
        They are fooling customers ther company must be shut down

          I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Hero Electric Motors regarding the replacement of my two-wheeler's battery. I handed over the battery to your authorized dealer in Indore two months ago, and to my dismay, I have yet to receive a replacement.

          Despite my repeated attempts to seek updates via email and your toll-free number, I have been met with complete silence from your customer care team. This lack of responsiveness is utterly unacceptable.

          I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the replacement battery I am entitled to. Furthermore, I expect better communication and accountability from your company in the future.

          This level of service is appalling and tarnishes the reputation of Hero Electric Motors.

              Dear Hero Electric,

              I am bound to escalate to your team the issue I have been facing now - you sold me one of the worst bikes and duped my money.
              I purchased a Hero Electric Flash Li-Ion scooty on April 30, 2023 from Gurudev Automobiles(571 Garia Main Road, Kolkata - 700084) and since then I have had nothing but agony. My happiness of buying a new vehicle only lasted for a month when the bike all of a sudden stopped ignition. On checking with the service centre, they confirmed that the battery has DIED completely and needs to be replaced. On asking how can a battery with 3 years warranty go bad in one months time I had no satisfactory answer from the service centre. It is the same service centre of Gurudev Automobiles.
              After multiple chases with the service centre and waiting for another 4- 5 months I got my replacement battery. I was told initially that the normal TAT for battery replacement will be 10-15 days which turned out to be 5+ months. Reason for delay ? - Some internal issues at Ludhiana Factory, hence the delay . Are you serious???
              So From November 2023, I started using the scooty again thinking the battery issues to be one of an unlucky event. But to my horror, in the 3 months o[censored]sing the bike I had stopped in between roads 2-3 times and would just deny an ignition, resulting in me having to manually drag it back home. From friday 05th April 2024, the battery had again stopped taking charge, when I checked the service centre they confirmed that this battery is also DEAD. Now, again the service centre says it will take 15 days for the replacement battery to come. TWO TIMES IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR !!!
              It is only 11 months since I have bought this and I have basically used this vehicle for 6 months (5 months it was sitting in my parking lot waiting for a replacement battery to arrive). This vscooty has only given me trauma and stress. I am 100% sure that Hero Electric had sold me a faulty scooty and duped my 70000 rupees.

                Recently, I have faced a problem of Horn, Display & total lights off during driving.


                I brought my Two wheeler repairing the same at Aim auto Chakan office.

                After repairing, when I checked my Two wheeler found Horn, Display & Front Lights Okay but, it's backlights are not working. I have shown the same to their mechanic. He was supposed to arrange the same because same part doesn't available in their stock.

                However, I need backlights in working condition same as earlier. Kindly expedite the process to arrange the same as early as possible!

                  I bought a hero electirc scooter in june 2022 and after 1 year the battery stopped working we submitted the battery to the dealer which was under warranty and after 4-5 months they gave us the battery which is also not working now they are saying they cannot solve our problem as company is not responding to them.
                  They are saying you can file a case against them in consumer court.

                  I want my battery to be replaced urgently.

                        On January 2024, my optima vehicle has shown Motor Problem. The dealer said, they sent the details to head office and given me the request number VOR 3000404. Then they informed me that the Motor will come in one month.

                        After one month I went the dealer and they asked me to send a email to head office. I sent the first email on 14 Feb 2024. I have given all the requested details and they promised me to resolve the issue and asked me to wait.

                        I waited and sent email on 21 Feb 2024. I received a response stating "complaint under progress"

                        I waited for 2 weeks and emaild on 5 Mar 2024. On 7 Mar 2024, I received a reply stating "Motor is pending from plant and it will be dispatched by the plant very soon"

                        I waited for 1 week and emailed on 14 Mar 2024. I received a reply on 15 Mar 2024 stating "motor has been dispatched by the plant and it will be received by the dealership very soon".

                        Thereafter they sent few mails and asking me to wait.
                        Today is 25 Mar 2024. Still I did not received motor and now a days they not even responding to my emails.

                        Please guide me how to proceed to get the Motor and how to get the compensation for the loss I incurred due to non delivery of Motor.

                        Today the vehicle stopped working. They sending reply weekly once or twice for my email. And they are sending same irritating response as follows in different words.

                        They have no intention to give replacement warranty and trying to delay as far as possible. on 15 Mar 2024 they said the motor despatched. There after they are asking me to wait in all the reply emails. Now My vehicle stopped working and I sent a email to them. Hopeless and helplessness..

                        On 30 Mar 2024, the vehicle stopped working. I let the vehicle for service. Now the dealership is asking for Rs. 4, 500/- for making temporary arrangement.

                        The dealership is not giving back vehicle without Rs. 4750/-. The Hero electric is delaying the Motor.

                        I sent email regarding this to the support. They are repeating the same "wait for sometime message".

                          My name is Hemant Jain and I had purchased Optima CX ER from Autonex LLP but it closed its showroom as well its service center within a year of purchase. I had battery issues within a year, it stopped charging but due to no details provided of service center located nearby me I had to suffer. At last I got the address of Mulund (Monil Cycles) which is 45 kms from my area. I had to travel 45 kms for service and lodge a complain of a battery issue. I had lodged a complain on 31/01/2024 for the replacement of battery for which I got the complain no B-544 and I was told battery will be issued within 30 to 45 days. But till date I have not received the battery. I am having issue o[censored]sing one battery at a time. I have stuck twice and tough my vehicle due to one battery and other in replacement. I request to issue me the battery at earliest else I have no option but to move to consumer forum and claim for the compensation caused by your services and mental agony faced by me.

                            Both of my bike battery was faulty and i had given it to the showroom i purchased, The bike was under warranty, as was the battery as well. Its been more than 3 month now but still, the showroom says no response from hero company. No one seems responsible after taking money from customer. I bought the vehicle from Hero electric showroom pallikaranai chennai. The people who were responsible for battery replacement were Vardhini Two Wheelers,

                            I want both my batteries immediately, If the hero team cannot do anything on this, then the vehicle is useless for me, at least your team can take it as a showroom toy.

                              My name is alvind ghosh my mobile number is [protected], i had purchase photon on date[protected], i had facing issue in battery, my battery is not working properly, so i contacted to my dealer, he checked the battery and confirmed that lowah issue, and dealer made warrenty claim on date[protected], claim number B1071, Its almost seven month gone, i still not received my battery, i had so many times contacted with the dealer (venkatesh hero bilaspur) they said every time that company had not srnd your battery, they provided me the claim no. And said contated with customer care, i contacted customer care several time but no result, now i am very much furstrated, so i am rewuesting kindly resole my issue as soon as, otherwise i had to made serious legal actions and social media.

                                I bought hero flash e bike from Prabhawati electric Ara Bihar. Battery of the Scooty gone none functional during guarantee period. Battery was deposited in the agency for replacement in the agency in July 2023. Till Date no replacement has been Made. On contacting to agency only BOM No. 167 is given. Customer Service of the company is not functional.

                                      सर/मैडम मैंने 28/07/2020 को हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक अजमेर से एक ऑप्टिमा गाड़ी ली थी, जिसकी मोटर[protected] को खराब हो गई थी उसके क्लेम नम्बर है VOR3006863 जिसकी मोटर मुझे कल 9 महीने बाद दिनांक 20/02/2024 मिली थी, लेकिन इतने टाइम से गाड़ी खड़ी होने के कारण मेर बैटरी खराब हो गई है, में बहुत परेशान हु, इतने टाइम बाद आज मोटर मिली है, काम पर जाने में बहुत दिक्कत होती है, तो अब बैटरी ख़राब है, मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे, और मेरी बैटरी ठीक करवाने का कस्ट करे।
