From the very first day of purchase of Optima lithium ion bike, the brakes are not working .I have visited three four times to Authorised dealer of Hero Electric M/S Prakash Traders Haldwani but they are helpless in resolving/ repair the same.Kindly resolve my complaint at earliest.

      Electrical circuit wire is fulley fired.i m complained but nobody respose to me no warrenty no grantee fullly fraud.plz do not buy any hero electric bike.they delivered fully fired circuit bike to me i m drive the bike just 17km only afterwards it will automatically stopped i call to him but they did not response to me. Hero is worst service and hero electric bike is worst brand

            To whom so ever this may concern
            Respected sir/ madam
            This is to apprise you that I have been a customer of yours since1998, recently, I purchased an" E Byke NYX E5 matte black" on 18 jully 2018 from one of your franchise " malathy motors, hero electronic dealer, c s moosa arcade keecharipady, Muvattupuzha, Kerala 686673 branch
            I had to deposit the back- wheel of my bike to the service center mentioned above due slowness in rotation, on 6th November 2020. I got the wheel back in 3 days, on 9th 2020, after the service, however, I realised that the wheel was nor working at all with no rotation.On the very nest day, I returned the wheel back to the centre when I was told that there's problem with the sensor and they advised to wait for a month as the sensor was out of stock ( resan Lock down) after a month s time I was told to purchase the sensor from a different provide r. I myself purchased the sensor on 21st December 2020 (3 sensor for₹300) and handed them over. The sensor where fitted and wheel was returned to me on 29th December 2020, however when attached to the bike, the wheel was still not moving. Nest day, on 30 th December 2020 I returned the full bike to the centre as advised. Then I visited the centre on 9th January 2021 to check on the progress, I was told that they is no service engineer for hero bikes in Kerala altogether. Finally, I got call back from the centre on 12th January 2021 and they inform me that they have employed a new service engineer but he has no time to vist at present. After that I called twice on 25 th and 28 January 2021, but ther is no progress.
            Every time I had visited and called, I was given fake' promise s and excuses, and my problem yet remain s unresolved. I am am a middle class man with limited source of income coming from Agriculture only. It has been more than three months now that I don't have a mode of transportation which is further impact ing my day to day work and life.
            Let me inform you that I had been a loyal customer of yours from long time. Inthe past, I have used hero passion probike and prior to that, Hero Honda SS bike. Even my father is currently riding a hero E biye ( optima e2) . Because I was very inclined towards saving environment, I thought of going for an E bike of yours company itself. But now, I stand embedded when my friend s and family question my loyalty.
            Please note that I still have lot of respect for your brand as I whill always remember your kind gesture of replacing the motor free of cost during the Kerala Flood in 2018 . The only reason I thought of writing this e mail was because I tried my level best to get this resolved but no resolution was provided
            Kindly look into this matter and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. Also request you to send me acknowledgement that u have received my email.

            Please be informed that I have not received any solution to my complaint raised on February 4th, 2021. Please give me a TAT by when will this get resolved or suggest what next steps can be taken by me.

            I have started to assume that this is being delibrately delayed so that you people can avoid giving any solution to the customer.

              Purchased on 01.07.2020 and on 30.01.2021 the scooter is not working.
              The details given below:
              The system is on or working as it is except the motor is not working, no heat, no noise, the display is working where as speedometer reading is not showing, no fault indication shown in the display. The mechanic could not understand what to do?

                Dear Sir I bought hero electric optima bike on 20.01.20 still now I have many issue in my bike,
                1 my 2nd battery giving just 35km only,
                2 if I full charge my battery my charging indicater doesn't show charging green lights,
                3 My battery plug pin damaged
                4 Break Many times failed
                5 My speedometer doesn't calculate all km automatically changing many times from 0 km,
                6, if I drive bike with doubles My bike shockupser weight will not stay,
                7 i was driving one times doesn't pickup, then my service person checked wires,
                This is my feedback and pls Rectify me this problem,

                    We purchased Hero Electric Bike (Optima) on 02.02.2020, which is now running its battery problem after 10 months of running on 26.12.2020. I showed my Bike on 03.01.2021 to my local dealer here. They justified that your battery is bad. It will take 25 days to replace the battery. But my warranty expires in february 2021. My bike has totally stopped.
                    we are requested to you, please extend the my warranty period.otherwise change my battery within two days.

                      First service take to done 2 days,
                      Charger failiure waiting to get 14 days
                      Second service take to done 2 days
                      Convertor problem waiting for 4 days till,
                      And one more thing hero company stock horn got failiure under 3 months so I pay to replace that new one, (what a very poor quality)

                      Total bike bought 6.5 months only,
                      But service and failiure problem taken 22 days of showroom, bike not using those days, under 7 months of brand new hero photon lp high range bike..

                      I don't have another bike even to using those service days, still I'm going to office using public transport, very worst feelings, (waste of my money 86000)

                        My bike bought just 6 months complete second service also done at last week. after service three days later I got one problem to my bike, all bulbs gone fuse include headlight lamp and indicator bulbs are bursted, tail bulb, indicator flasher, horn, etc... I went to show room to explain they could find the problem single day, they are takes rectify the problem second day after I received the call showroom side, they told convertor problem, so wiring get short circuit and all bulb items failiure, so you need to pay for all bulbs and flasher it take 750 charges, convertor only covered under warranty other all you need to pay,
                        I'm asking to him, why I need to pay for those accesories, what I made any mistakes for this bike why I need to pay, your warrenty electronic parts only do damaged all bulbs and wiring short circuit i never pay for all, show room person says if you want to your bike pay money, otherwise u take the bike same condition what to do?

                            I have purchased hero optima HX on 17 Nov 2020 from dearer: TANISHKA motors, ms palya, bangalore, Karnataka. My scooter run about 50 km and stopped suddenly. It has been told that it will run about 10 km after reserve ( 47 v) but not even 1 km it run and get stopped. After that I removed its battery and tried to change its battery is not charging. This is tha first time I m charging the battery. Now I m calling to showroom, they are saying we will but not responding properly. They claim 3 year warranty, they should replace the battery and give me. Why they r delaying, what should I do.

                            Problem is solved.
                            Battery is changing. When it is fully charged then only all lights including green will glow. I was thinking it will show charge for 25% by glowing one light and 50% by glowing 2 lights and so on..

                              Hi, I have Hero Electric Photon. after 1 yr use, around 5K km travel. battery off suddenly with 15 km ride. Service centre at Bangalore is processing to send the battery for warranty replacement, where they said it will take more than 25 days to get the replacement. This is poor service option. There should be a backup battery option to ensure customer can use their vehicle till battery is replaced. What can a customer do without vehicle for near to 1 month ?

                                  I have a hero electric flash .I have 3yrs warranty on my scooter.but recently my motor has some issue.when I went to service point, service manager took two thousand for exchange motor .they were talking badly.they also threatened me.they do not provide me job sheet.they were provided me hand written cash memo.their behavior was very rude.please help me .as soon as possible.

                                    I had bought Hero Electric Flash Li, verient bike on 25th of May 2020,

                                    Its battery is performing very poor and was giving mileage of 10-12 km/charge for over 2 Months, when finally it stopped working on 13th Nov 2020, I called local dealer to check and service it..

                                    Delear took 14 days, but no solution given yet. still he is dragging and already took 450 Rs as technician charge without the repair.

                                    now he gave back the bike but without charger, he is telling charger cant be repaired now and asking us to buy it ourself outside even we gave the charger for service before the warrenty expires...

                                    kindly suggest how to deal with such worst dealers

                                      I have Purchased Optima Hx city speed from Karne Electronics, Phaltan, Satara dealer.

                                      As per brochure and company claim, the range for hero Electric Optima Hx city speed is 82Km/charge.
                                      But the actual range on use is just 50km/charge. We have charged battery 10 times fully. Tested for 1 month.

                                      Service center head has not been provided satisfactory solution.
                                      We have visited phaltan showroom for 5 times. But no resolution for 50km range per charge.

                                      Charging time claimed by company is 4 hours.
                                      But the current battery takes 6 hours to charge full.

                                      Also battery as per specs is 51.2Volts
                                      but battery fitted is 48 Volts.

                                      Dealer is not ready to replace battery.
                                      And company boasts for battery replacement warranty for 3 years,

                                        We bought this scooty not more than 10 months ago..and BATTERY got damaged within 5 to 6 months we got replaced it in one month but not our model battery rather something temporary basis which also work just and just for 4 days .WAOO GREAT NA 🙏🙏 now dealer says I don't know I don't know .WHAT IS THIS GOING ON ?
                                        WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL OUR PEER GROUP NOT TO BUY HERO ELECTRIC SCOOTY COMPLETELY WASTAGE OF 60, 000 WHICH IS SO MUCH HUGE AMOUNT BETTER TO INVEST SOMEWHERE BUT NOT HERE ...

                                        PLS RESOLVE OUR ISSUE AS SOON .
