I have purchased my bike from helo electric k motors Hyderabad. But I have not received my REGISTRATION NUMBER yet. Because your sales boy has done some mistake in registration. Due to his mistake I AM suffering. Please resolve my issue in immediate basis or else I will file a case on consumer court.

This is to inform you regarding the pathetic service provided by such a reputed organization. I had purchased a Hero Optima HX from M & M motors, Kochi around Oct 2021. Within six months the battery started showing complaints. After reviewing they said that no issues are there and they returned the vehicle. Again after few months my battery was getting drained out after 20kms. Then they said that battery complaint is there they will order new battery and replace. For the past six months i have been waiting for the battery and no response from them. When ever I enquire they say within a week it will come and it has been over a month.
I had a discussion with my lawyer regarding the same and he asked them to do the necessary else we had no options left, than go to the consumer Court. They said they will do the needful within a week and now again they are saying it will take another week.
Just wanted to know why is the battery taking so much time and why the customer have to suffer. This is not expected from a company like Hero. Sorry to say this vehicle has become a nightmare for me.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and urgently deal with the problem.

I have left the vehicle Hero optima Scooter at the service centre (Chennai ECO Motors ) on 25 th March (Job Card No: Amj1614), till now i have n't got any proper response from them, Please do the needful.

I purchased hero optima cx er dual-battery, one battery is not working well, so I already complaint the hero electric show room 3 month before, but still now not solved my complaint. Kindly do needful as soon as possible. Thank you...

I left my optima for service on 25-03-23 with Chennai eco motors vide job card Amj1614. They said there is problem with motor and send for company warranty. So for no response from service center and they didn't take phone calls. Do the needful.

I have deposited 3000 for hero electric scooter on 21st march 2023. The price was 73000, as I have booked on a festival day, there was 5000 rupees concession. So the price was 68000. After 15 days the representative woman called and said the price went up for another 5000 rupees with some story behind it and it seemed untrusting to me and I cancelled my order with payment refund in one week. It's been 15 days since the cancellation and money didn't get refund. Now the representatives not responding to my calls.

I purchase hero electric optima in Nov 22 from shyam motors kanker khara meerut cantt, In 4 months 2 times charger change now from last 20 days my vehicle breakdown in shyam motors (Delhi road Meerut ) not geting vehicle not receiving phone call, nor getting response, if such type service getting from hero motors who will purchase the vehicle very disappointed by purchasing this vehicle
Kindly look into and resolve the issue ASAP.

I have raised the issue on 20th Feb 2023, it is almost a month but no positive response from your side/Service center.

As I am facing too much issue and inconvenience in my daily like,

Please provide a replacement or temporary vehicle or I am raising an issue with Consumer Court as well as social media.

Now it's 18th April 2023, But there is no update from Customer care, I am following up with them continuously but No response as well as none pick up the call on Customer Care.

This is Vikash Chandra from Jalahalli Bangalore. I have given my hero electric e-Bike for servicing to Tanishka motors MS Palya, Bengaluru 560097 on 20 Mar 23. The estimated cost of repair of my bike is 16649/- which I have paid on 03 Apr 23. Today is 18 Apr 23, my e- bike has not been repaired yet. When I ask your representative to provide the no of service manager, Sr. Manager they denied to provide me the no. They have kept me waiting for more than 2 Hrs. Your service manager is not picking up the call.

Now what should I do, Please do the needful action.

On 10/10/2021 runs very well till 13 months no problem. After that this scooty suddenly shut off on middle of the road, I take to the dealer pushing almost 13 km wow... Very good experience. I am writing this message after suffering a lot at one of HERO ELECTRIC dealership i.e. SR MOTORS located at No.10, THEN OTHAVADAI Street, Tiruvannamalai 606 601, Mobile: [protected]. We paid full amount for two battery vehicle on 31st Oct -2022, They had given us vehicle with single battery and charger, committed to give 2nd one after 15 days, but after 1 month they are not responding not sure when they will give my 2nd one charger and battery....

I am have purchased optima hs500 model double battery. One battery totally dead and given for replacement at amanjikarai, chennai dealer on[protected]. Till now battery replacement was not given. job card no. 1026 it was within the warranty period

I am really frustrated with the new vehicle purchase experience with heroelectric.

I purchased the hero electric photon vehicle from k motors madhapur, hyderabad on 29th of march, 2023.. Not even 1 week.

Ex showroom price is 86, 000.
He called me and said offer is going on and made me purchase it for 83, 000 on road.
I paid full amount in single payment.
(K-motors sold me defective product...

On Tambaram hero electric service center I have dropped my vehicle on 22.03.23 for controller failure issue still not resolved and they don't have spare onhand and they told that they ordered and it will reach after 20 days only. Is it takes 20 days for one part change? Kindly check and resolve ASAP

Display of the bike not working on the day of delivery and Krishna Sai automobile took the bike to showroom and analysing what is the issue from 5 hours and could not find issue. When I asked what should be the process if issue not resolved to my satisfaction..surprisingly no answer from dealer...either new replacement ...I think Hero itself do not have a standard process it seems to guide dealers
