My name is Hemant Jain and I had purchased Optima CX ER from Autonex LLP but it closed its showroom as well its service center within a year of purchase. I had battery issues within a year, it stopped charging but due to no details provided of service center located nearby me I had to suffer. At last I got the address of Mulund (Monil Cycles) which is 45 kms from my area. I had to travel 45 kms for service and lodge a complain of a battery issue. I had lodged a complain on 31/01/2024 for the replacement of battery for which I got the complain no B-544 and I was told battery will be issued within 30 to 45 days. But till date I have not received the battery. I am having issue o[censored]sing one battery at a time. I have stuck twice and tough my vehicle due to one battery and other in replacement. I request to issue me the battery at earliest else I have no option but to move to consumer forum and claim for the compensation caused by your services and mental agony faced by me.
