I am still waiting for the battery replacement of my two wheeler - Hero Optima. I am waiting for the replacement since December 2022.
How long will I have to wait for the battery replacement? Sorry to say but I am tired of the answers (from Customer care - ccare.[protected]@heroco.com) that the team is working on the battery replacement issue.
I expect an exact schedule for the battery replacement.
I once again request you to address the issue immediately.
The two wheeler was purchased from Indira agency Nashik.
