Hero Electric — Battery replacement under warranty

I had given my li battery of my scooty flash e5, to the ranchi, lalpur hero moto electricshowroom for replacement after checking he sent the battery to company, bt after one month neither i nor showroom have any information about the baatery when i will get my battery.
So please give us information soon.
