Hero Electric — Battery replacement warranty

I purchased hero nyx silver hs 500 er from chennai eco motars on 06/01/2022
i complainet to service center in tirumullaivoyel, 06*06/2023
i was paid money for battery checking
technician told me battery dead . Company will replace battery 30 days but 90days passed still i am not getting
vhecile not use in 3 months .
Customer care no not answer the phone
service center staff innocent they dont have any answer for when available /
battery requistngref no TFR b 186 and TFR B 219
plz kindly replace battery as soon as possible
