Hero Electric — Brought the bike before 7 days .. now it's not starting.

Address:Flat 1504, Tower 4, Nirala Estate, Greater Noida

I brought a new hero optima hx dual speed bike. It's just 6 days and now the bike stared, but not moving. Also one battery lasts only 15 kms. Other battery works properly goes more than 60kms.
