There was a motor leakage problem in my hero electric vehicle and the vehicle was delivered to the dealer for rectification. They said the motor has to be sent to the company for repair or replacement and will be returned by 10 days.
Now its already more than 30 days there is no response from the dealer they are informing that still they have not got any response from the company.
They have provided the claim no. VOR3000544
When contacted the hero customer care it gets connected and gets automatically disconnected.
