This mail is in the reference that I’m facing several issues on my Honda electric scooter. On the month of Feb, 22, I have bought two Honda electric scooters from PREET MOTERS DURG. The customer service executive of PREET MOTERS DURG, recommended me some accessories, to safe the body parts in nearby time. On considering their recommendation I have put to use those accessories on my scooter, I have faced mudguard breakage within 15 days of buying both scooters out of which they have replaced mudguard in one scooter but not replaced mudguard of another scooter. I am also facing problems regarding the charging point and chargers on my Honda electric scooters which have been solved by the service center of Om Automobiles, Mowa, Raipur( the authorize distributor of Honda Electric Scooters) but they regularly demand service charges for these services and when we asked them to not charge the service charge as we had bought those scooters only 6 months back and we are facing the same problems from day one of buying those scooters. Now, they have denied providing any further services and not providing us the mudguard of another scooter. We have also informed the same to the Sales Head of PREET HONDA DURG as well we have discussed the same with your company executive in a con call arranged my gentleman from PREET MOTERS DURG still our problems are not resolved .Kindly bring attention to my problem and guide us to provide a remedy as soon as possible.
