I had booked Hero Optima electric bike in Pondicherry (Villianur) dealer by paid Advance of Rs.20000 on 15.10.2021. the dealer promised that bike will be delivered within 90 days and the same he mentioned in the advance receipt too. But still the bike was not delivered and I visited several times to the showroom and no proper response from the Dealer. The customer care number[protected] was not working and complaint mail sent by me to hero Electric mail id on 04.02.2022. but there is no response for that too. Now I don't want the bike and I need refund only. Please help in this regard.
