Hero Electric — Delayed repair service

We have given our nyx electric scooter at (1/08/2022) for a simple problem of vechical gets turned off when moving at high speed and irregular rotation of back wheel . We have reported our complaint at dheera motors pollachi and yet now they are giving lame excuses. The slip recipt is attached below. We would request you to take necessary action. Thank you
