With the understanding that environment protection is everyone's responsibility in the society, i also wanted to support green drive. For city commutation purpose i was looking for a trusted solution which could help me in supporting the drive and knowing the contribution of hero in environment protection thru green technology and my trust on the group i purchased "hero photon" on 19/04/2016 Just after 3-4 days of the purchase i started facing problems related to battery the dealer remained supportive in resolving the problem, but repetition of the problem continued at higher frequency and dealer supported to resolve it mostly thru repair and once thru battery replacement. Up to few months back in every incidence trust on hero electric always kept me optimistic that this is the last time i am facing the problem but further increase in the issues and advice to getting the battery & charger replaced @ almost 40 percent of the vehicle cost for the experience i personally travelled thru. The problems in the vehicle kept me handicapped & caused me fail to full fill my environmental, social & professional commitments and at the same time financial loss of inr 41990/- Hero electric to provide me a solution; (1) trouble free running of the vehicle without any financial implication on me (2) replacement of the vehicle with assurance of trouble free running (3) money back for switching to better option Was this information helpful? | |||
