I have given my elec bike optima hs 500 ER for SERVICE at M/S Shri SAI Scooter house -dhenkanal, Odisha since the last 30 days . THE Problem was motor of the vehicle got stuck on running But the vehicle motor is not available at the dealer. Please call me [protected], No response from dealer, Very bad service from Hero Electric, I have attached RC copy and vehicle insurance copy FYI, Please do the needful at the earliest. OR else I will raise a FIR in the consumer forum.
