Hero Electric — Hero electric Company not cooperating

My hero electric CX 2.0 bought 4 months ago, but I replaced the headlight by paying money two times but now also it is not working dealer not giving any satisfied answer also meter of vehicle stopped working but didn't get till now dealer is blaming company for it help plsss
