Hero Electric — I'm complaining about the bike ECU. The whole sensor is misbehaving

This is vigneshwaran from chennai. I purchased a Hero photon from perungalathur show room on 2021 june.. As we all know EV vehicles are under development they are not completely issues free, and Hero electric is top of the crowd. They are producing their products just like a college students doing there final year project.. facing many problems day by day but the technical services team struggling to resolve the problems.. Better stop the selling and please sort out the inbuilt concern and start selling the products..The products should be problem free at least at the time of purchasing them. Initially i faced bike sensor problem that is i couldn't able to move to vehicle even though i switch on the keys and twist the throttle.. then i begged to the service team in perungalathur and explained about my problem, but they simply said "its not big issues" but after spending 4 days with researching with my bike they fails to find out the issue.. now there comes a big problem that the bike is running once i switch on my bike without twisting the throttle.. I don't know how the OEM is producing a product like this and they passed all the government norms.. Now a days entering into automotive domain is very easier and selling a vehicle with cheap quality is not a big deal..
