Hero Electric — LI-ion battery cracked and sent for warranty replacement - no proper response for 6 weeks | |
I have purchased Hero Electric Flash E5 on 17-Sep-2018. My battery got bulged and cracked. I have reported to the service center chennai and the battery was sent for warranty replacement. I am informed that 3 weeks of time my battery will be replaced, but now 6 weeks gone still battery is not replaced. Sent mails to ccare.[protected]@heroeco.com, info.[protected]@heroeco.com, [protected]@heroeco.com. I received a call that service person from chennai will handle this and respond. But here no one is responding and not picking the phone. Hero Electric company should engage good customer and service support people. My vehicle is idle and i don't know what to do. All planned savings of the electric vehicle replacing petrol scooter are in vain by spending money for other transports. My personal suggestion is don't buy electric vehicle if it is a primary vehicle. If there is any issue in vehicle then you need to keep it idle for months. Hope they will replace my battery in few months. Very bad experience with Hero Electric. Was this information helpful? | |
