Hero Electric — Not providing proper service and lost of issue in vehicle Hero electric optima

When my Vehicle will be service and get back to me ?
Let me know . More than 20 days completed.

I have been informed that Motor problem so New motor order has given ..But no update till today.

If not possible for service replace my Vehicle. Lots of problem facing without vehicle..
