On January 2024, my optima vehicle has shown Motor Problem. The dealer said, they sent the details to head office and given me the request number VOR 3000404. Then they informed me that the Motor will come in one month.
After one month I went the dealer and they asked me to send a email to head office. I sent the first email on 14 Feb 2024. I have given all the requested details and they promised me to resolve the issue and asked me to wait.
I waited and sent email on 21 Feb 2024. I received a response stating "complaint under progress"
I waited for 2 weeks and emaild on 5 Mar 2024. On 7 Mar 2024, I received a reply stating "Motor is pending from plant and it will be dispatched by the plant very soon"
I waited for 1 week and emailed on 14 Mar 2024. I received a reply on 15 Mar 2024 stating "motor has been dispatched by the plant and it will be received by the dealership very soon".
Thereafter they sent few mails and asking me to wait.
Today is 25 Mar 2024. Still I did not received motor and now a days they not even responding to my emails.
Please guide me how to proceed to get the Motor and how to get the compensation for the loss I incurred due to non delivery of Motor.
