Hero Electric — parts not available.

Since bought a scoote, since then, there are some technical problems in it. Some time back the company kept the scooter for 3 months. Having said that the parts are not available.3 months later parts were put. Now again the scooter has been closed for 1 month and it is saying that after 1 month the parts. I am upset and want my refund back to the scooter company.

Dear sir we are repolaced battery two time.but there is no resolve problem.we get only 30kms average only.please solve my vehicle problem.

I bought hero electric nyx in wich i got 3 year of warrnty And now the service center trains are not providing any backups and are not helping me its just runnig 30km i west my moeny
