Hero Electric — Refund not issued against booking cancellation

Hi
I have booked on 02.07.2021 a Hero electric bike and paid 3000 next day i have cancel it same on 06.07.2021 & called to hero for refund.they askied for canceled chek i i have submitted but still thy have not issued my refund till date.
