Hero Electric — Regarding non supply of spare parts from Hero Electric dealer for repair of my vehicle

I have been continuously following dealer at Nagpur (Ebike Mall)
for changing the fibre body damaged in an accident since feb 2022 but
unfortunately I am not getting satisfactory reply as every time it's been told that it has not yet been despatched from pune.

Now it is high time for me, so I am taking necessary action within next 7
days as I haven't received any reply yet.
