Hero Electric — Scooty battery is not charging

Dear Sir

I bought a electric scooty 1 month ago, so after 1 week scooty battery is damaged/not charging, let me tell you when i charge the battery so after 10-15 running scooty battery is get discharge so i had to go to the dealer but there also i have not receive any proper resolution so i request to you tha please replace my scooty as soon as possible
