I have buy the Hero Electric Optima CX ER on 12th August 2022.
I was about to die. I was on highway and Scooty battery charging exhausted without any waring.
I visit hero electric showroom at 11 am and get my Scooty at 6pm. After getting my Scooty i going to my home. But i face multiple issue only in 1 km ride.
Day 1 ( same day ). Scooty stop, after 1km & never started. I have complaint to Showroom owner about this issue.
Day 2. Engineer Visit. Issue he found in 5 hours as below
a. After 3 hour scooty started.
b. But speed meter not working. He fix the speed meter issue but broke my scooty near to headlight. ( 1 hour )
c. Battery charging time 6-7 hours. ( Company claim 4 hours )
d. Voltage fluctuate to 30v. ( Company claim 51.2 V )
e. Battery range 30km. ( Company claim 80km )
f. But Batter tripping after 1 km ride.
Engineer Report :
1. Need to replace the battery . Please visit the Showroom.
Day 3: Showroom Visit :
a. Get my job card after explaining the all issues ( voltage issue, charging issue, speed meter issue etc ).
b. As per showroom owner OPTIMA CX ER is not registered on GOV website. It will take time to apply your SUBSIDY. Till now not applied.
c. Accessories bill is not provided by showroom owner.
Day 4: Scooty Status :
a. Showroom owners not answering the call.
b. Showroom owners not replying my text message.
c. luckly Workstation employee pick my call & Give the below details about the scooty. ( audio call recorded )
c.a. After testing we find, your scooty battery have issue, need to replace.
c.b. Hero team visit our store tomorrow so you can get your replacement.

Day 5: Call with Showroom owner : ( audio call recorded ) Strange reply.
a. Your scooty is working fine . We don't found any issue.
b. You can take your scooty.
c. No need to replace the battery. Battery is working fine.
I try to connect with heroelectric on social media and some of other channels. But no reply from Hero company. I have all my proofs, Like Engineer report, Bills, job card, call recordings etc.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
